Villa de Los Pinos im Herzen von Mammoth!

Ich wette, Sie wundern sich, warum wir das sagen! Dieser Ort ist sehr praktisch; Es gibt einen direkten Shuttle-Zugang zur kostenlosen roten Linie direkt vor der Unterkunft, die Sie zum Village, zur Canyon Lodge und zur Eagle Lodge bringt! Nichts ist zu weit, um ein Abenteuer zu beginnen! Wenn Sie lieber irgendwo spazieren gehen und die Landschaft bewundern, dann haben Sie Glück, dass das Lebensmittelgeschäft Vons, einige Restaurants, die Kegelbahn und vieles mehr gleich um die Ecke sind! Gerade als Sie dachten, dass es das war, ist das Gerät mit einer Waschmaschine und einem Trockner für jene Tage ausgestattet, die etwas schmutzig werden!

Sobald Sie durch die Eingangstür gehen, sehen Sie rechts und geradeaus ein großes Badezimmer. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit 2 Betten (Queen Size und Twin Size) und einen Fernseher für die Nächte, in denen Sie nicht schlafen können. Gleich nebenan sehen Sie das Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett und Fernseher. In diesem Schlafzimmer gibt es ein Waschbecken und einen Spiegel für die Morgenstunden, in denen Sie sich nur kurz waschen und die Pisten oder Pfade erkunden möchten. Beide Zimmer verfügen über eine Schiebetür für die Tage, an denen Sie nur aus dem Bett in die Natur springen möchten!

Wenn Sie nach oben gehen, werden Sie feststellen, dass es ein komplettes Badezimmer, einen Kamin, der warm hält, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit allem, was Sie zum Kochen brauchen, und ein schönes, komfortables Wohnzimmer mit einem ausziehbaren Bett für 2 Personen gibt! Sie können die Aussicht auf dem Achterdeck mit einem kühlen oder warmen Getränk genießen, je nach Jahreszeit. Es gibt auch einen Grill auf dem Deck, den Sie verwenden können. Verschwenden Sie also keine Zeit und buchen Sie Ihren Aufenthalt in den Bergen bei uns

The property was clean, everything worked, and it had a cozy feeling. One of the beds was extremely high off the ground, so my wife had to sleep in another bed.

The condo was perfect for our weekend+ getaway. The condo was clean, comfortable and conveniently located to some excellent restaurants like The Stove and Mammoth Tavern. The unit was well stocked with pots/pans/dishes etc...

Very Comfortable, Great Location

We had a great time here. The condo is comfortable, not elegant, but just what we needed. Unlike so many Mammoth condos, the deck looks out over a quiet park-like area, plus a pool, not a parking lot or street. From this condo you can walk to the store, restaurants, etc. Well stocked kitchen. Working fireplace/woodstove with some wood to start. BBQ that works. I'd gladly stay here again.

This property is dated and grimy. The kitchen, bathrooms and flooring are all in serious need of replacing. But what made things really bad was that the property wasn't clean. There were food crumbs in the kitchen drawers. I pulled a pan out to cook and it was covered in food grime. There was food caked and streaked down some of the kitchen cabinets. Multiple light bulbs were out, and there was a full plastic trash bag left in the living room from before we arrived.

A little beat up but good

The place could use upgrades throughout (kind of old and needed care) but it did the job and met our needs. Upstairs was cozy and with two bedrooms, there was plenty of room for a larger group to stay at the location. Couldn’t get by the upstairs heater to work and the screen door was leaning against the back door, but we made do. A comfortable experience overall.

Excellent Condo in Mammoth!

Very comfortable and convenient. Walking distance to stores, restaurants, etc. Working gas BBQ (when not freezing outside). Working wood stove for heat and ambiance, with firewood provided. Deck has delightful view of interior courtyard with trees, grass, pool, etc. (unusual for Mammoth, with decks usually facing parking lots or streets). All appliances worked well. Very large HDTV with access to cable as well as DVD player. Dog friendly. Quiet neighbors. Beds comfortable. Reasonable rates. VRBO folk great to work with. Our second stay here. We would gladly stay again in the future.

Nice little condo

If you’re looking for a luxury ski condo, this place probably isn’t for you. But if you’re looking for a comfortable condo, in a good location, at a reasonable price, this is a good fit. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had all the basics for us to eat breakfast and lunch there. My kids liked the spa and the massive tv in the living room. We did have a few issues: the carpets were a little damp when we checked in, the instructions for how to use the TV were wrong (but we eventually figured out how to cast to the chrome cast), and the heaters in the living room and master bedroom weren’t working properly (although there were other heaters that we used instead). We’d definitely stay here again.

Property Needs some Maintenance

Property was in a good location but rental had numerous problems. Major, the Fireplace did not work, refrigerator side door all broken so we could not use, entrance was not cleared when we arrived, hot tub did not work and sink sprayer had problems. Nomadness Rentals and Townhouse property owner were responsive and did give us some money back which we appreciated. However, for Christmas we really missed and needed the Fireplace and Hot Tub.

Hello Lynne, You will be happy to hear the fireplace and fridge are both fully operational now. As your visit was during a heavy snowfall, all snow removal teams were hard at work clearing main roadways and public accesses. Individual guest entryways were addressed after the general safety of the public. I reviewed all details of your reservation and do not find any notice the spa and sink sprayer were having issues. As with all community amenities, these are controlled by the complex and not Nomadness personnel. We apologize for any inconvenience. Comfortable stay for our family winter mountain/ski trip

The condo is in a great location; there are two bus stops on the street right outside the front door. One is about a 1-2 minute walk to the right (facing out the front door, and this one will take you to the village and ski areas), and the other is about a 1 minute walk to the left (we didn’t notice this one until later and never used it, so I don’t know what stops there). The home was cozy with comfy couches and a smart TV in the living room that allowed us to sign in to our own streaming services (e.g. Netflix), which was nice for my senior parents who mostly wanted to relax and stay inside; separate heating controls for each room; and a full kitchen, which came in handy to accommodate my family’s dietary restrictions/preferences. I would say the home is on the older side but still nice, and it had everything we needed for a comfy stay, including a washer and dryer within the unit. It would’ve been nice if there was brighter lighting, but that’s just a personal preference. All in all, a nice stay.

Water pressure of kitchen sink was terrible. Front door would not lock. Tried to contact property manager ( wasn't at residence and voice mail box full). 3 broken chairs on patio balcony. Sliding glass door of downstairs bedroom locked with a "broomstick". Could not leave door open for ventilation.

The property is cozy and well equipped. We arrived early and the management allow us to do early check in. The digital check in process is easy and hassle free.

Perfect!

Parking was plentiful, the rooms had enough space, and the kitchen was stocked. The location is prime, just a walk away from minaret village. Everything was satisfactory and beyond!

Pleasant place to vacation

My family had a great experience staying here. The kitchen was well stocked, which I appreciate having because I love to cook. The home was clean and neat . The beds felt very soft and comfortable. If you like firmer mattresses, these beds may not work for you. This place was so conveniently located to everything we needed. It was walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, and even hiking and biking trails. The owners take pride in their home by using quality supplies and keeping everything in neat condition. The rental company, Nomadness, was easy to work with. They addressed any concern we had. The staff were very friendly to talk to. I would stay at this place again the next time we visit Mammoth. It was truly a nice home away from home!
