Older property but comfortable and more than adequate kitchen, bath and bedrooms. Could use some TLC. Loved the location.

The house was perfect for our family and friends. The space was clean with games and cozy living space. The loft had enough room for my kids to be cozy in their bunkbed next to us. The location is perfect, very close to downtown but not in the center of it. I would recommend staying again!

We had a wonderful 2-day stay at this Mammoth property with our parents. The location had very easy access, and the rooms were spotless and well-maintained. Our parents especially loved the kitchen—it was fully stocked with thoughtful items that made cooking and dining really convenient. The whole place felt warm, comfortable, and well cared for.We truly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!

We had a great experience and had everything we needed at a very reasonable price point. The condo was just off the town loop and near two public transportation stops, it was walking distance to the park and Vons, and close to the parts of Mammoth we prefer. My kids really enjoyed the dart board, Wii, board games, puzzles, and pool. The kitchen was well equipped which is a plus in my book. The only caveat was that my husband wished the master bedroom’s bed was larger and more comfortable.

Great location. Place was clean. Only feedback is that the kitchen utensils (i.e. peeler was rusted) need to be refreshed or thrown away. It just seems like the owner just brings ask the older kitchen supplies and tools that they no longer use in their primary home. Overall, ours staff was comfortable!

Good location; basic but cozy

Our family (two older teens and parents) stayed here for two nights. It’s cozy and a great location. Somewhat outdated and the beds could be more comfortable but it was just what we needed for our short stay. The location was good and we loved having a nice walking trail nearby for our dog. We would stay here again.

Spacious Property in Great Location

We had an excellent time facilitated by the understated size of this unit. It was beyond capacious for our family of four and dogs. Very comfortable couches and beds. Proximity to pool/hottub/tram pickup/dog paths was ideal. Added this property to favorites.

We stayed here for a weekend ski trip. The condo was exactly what we wanted: cozy, dog friendly, very clean, 2 full bathrooms. It was stocked with items needed for our stay, and the jacuzzi was close to the condo - a treat after a long ski day. The only issue was that we could not get the TV to work in the main living room. While The property manager responded right away and wanted to schedule maintenance, we were skiing all day and were not able to respond back in time to get it fixed while we were there. Even so, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Everything was OK for a pet friendly rental. I wouldn’t have Carpet where there are pets and in the dining area in a perfect world. Also, my biggest complaint was the laundry room and the system required to operate the washer and dryer, which was a useless app that simply did not work (and I am computer and smartphone savvy). There was no one to call you had to text for Customer Support and that was a nightmare. I just took my clothes offsite to a local laundromat, which was a hassle.

Clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies. We did have a leaking toilet but they fixed it. The windows are extremely hard to open with the cranks and a couple of the screens need replacing as with the wind they would come off. The pillows could be nicer. But overall it was clean and smelled nice. I would like to add that anyone bringing their pup should definitely keep a belly band on them so they don’t spray. Glad I took my own advice.

Could use some maintenance. We had problems opening windows. Tried to get fixed but never did get master bedroom window to work properly and we could never open living room windows which is a shame considering it is summer. We had to leave doors open for ventilation which is a security risk especially having children. We liked the place other than that one major issue.
