This cozy mountain 1 bedroom + loft, 2 bathroom cabin has vaulted ceilings, a split level floor plan and a cozy wood burning fireplace. Located in a quiet peaceful setting, the Sunrise complex is on the snowcreek meadow and mammoth creek, with a red line shuttle stop for access at the top of the road. This upper floor unit, has a full kitchen to prepare all meals with stainless steel appliances, keurig coffee maker, dining area for 6, and a spacious living room where you can enjoy sitting by the fire, or catch a movie or the game. On the lower level is the master bed featuring a Queen bed and a TV, with full bathroom in the adjacent hall with tub/shower combo. Upstairs is the open loft featuring a Full bed, plus twin over twin bunk beds, plus a full bathroom with tub/shower combo. A private balcony overlooks the lovely pool area with an outdoor pool (Summer only), Jacuzzi and public gas grill for your use. The complex has community laundry facilities. This community is conveniently located on the shuttle route, and with hiking trails leading directly from the complex. It is a short walk to Groceries, Coffee Shops, Restaurants & Shops. Just 200 yards from the Mammoth Creek park, you can fish the creek, use the playground or picnic at the tables or large grassy area or enjoy the Mammoth Community Rec Zone or LA Kings Ice that offers a host of activities and year-round recreation opportunities. There are also EV car chargers available for free use at the Rec Zone. This condo sleeps a maximum of 6 people and comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces, a guest ski locker and is pet friendly allowing one dog. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Great location. Place was clean. Only feedback is that the kitchen utensils (i.e. peeler was rusted) need to be refreshed or thrown away. It just seems like the owner just brings ask the older kitchen supplies and tools that they no longer use in their primary home. Overall, ours staff was comfortable!

Kitchen was well-stocked for all our Thanksgiving needs. Great to have access to the athletic club and walkable to wonderful trails and everything we needed in town. Easy checkin and out and would stay again!

We had a wonderful 2-day stay at this Mammoth property with our parents. The location had very easy access, and the rooms were spotless and well-maintained. Our parents especially loved the kitchen—it was fully stocked with thoughtful items that made cooking and dining really convenient. The whole place felt warm, comfortable, and well cared for.We truly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!

Great place to Stay in Mammoth

This place was awesome, close to everything in the town easy to get to.The condo was in a quiet complex I really like it a lot. Everything was super clean and they had fresh towels etc. loved it!!!

Mountain paradise

The property had a perfect location, close to everything you could possibly want to do in the mountains. Hiking, fishing, off-roading, skiing, dining….the list goes on! All the local restaurants we ate at had excellent food and very large portions. My wife and I will be returning soon!

I really liked the location of this condo! Its super close to a local park, mammoth creek trail, and restaurants and grocery store down the street. Its very cozy and warm!

Spacious Property in Great Location

We had an excellent time facilitated by the understated size of this unit. It was beyond capacious for our family of four and dogs. Very comfortable couches and beds. Proximity to pool/hottub/tram pickup/dog paths was ideal. Added this property to favorites.

Good location; basic but cozy

Our family (two older teens and parents) stayed here for two nights. It’s cozy and a great location. Somewhat outdated and the beds could be more comfortable but it was just what we needed for our short stay. The location was good and we loved having a nice walking trail nearby for our dog. We would stay here again.

Everything was OK for a pet friendly rental. I wouldn’t have Carpet where there are pets and in the dining area in a perfect world.Also, my biggest complaint was the laundry room and the system required to operate the washer and dryer, which was a useless app that simply did not work (and I am computer and smartphone savvy). There was no one to call you had to text for Customer Support and that was a nightmare. I just took my clothes offsite to a local laundromat, which was a hassle.

Everything we needed

Clean, good location, comfortable. This unit had everything we needed. There was a maintenance issue when we arrived and someone came in a few minutes to quickly fix the problem. The upstairs bed was extremely comfortable and our kids enjoyed the games that were available

We stayed here for a weekend ski trip. The condo was exactly what we wanted: cozy, dog friendly, very clean, 2 full bathrooms. It was stocked with items needed for our stay, and the jacuzzi was close to the condo - a treat after a long ski day. The only issue was that we could not get the TV to work in the main living room. While The property manager responded right away and wanted to schedule maintenance, we were skiing all day and were not able to respond back in time to get it fixed while we were there. Even so, I would not hesitate to stay here again.
