This expansive 4-season cottage is perfect for your family and friends, with ample space to gather indoors and out.
Enjoy the main level's cathedral ceilings, gas fireplace, Muskoka room, and chef-worthy kitchen.
Make yourself at home on the lower level with a 55” TV, ping pong table, and workspace.
For your comfort, all 4 beds boast Queens and the loft sleeps 4.

WIFI AVAILABLE! We have Starlink so it’s fast and reliable. Please use your own login details for your favourite streaming platforms (Netflix, Crave etc.).

The space

Sage Haven is a stunner, inside and out. Every detail is carefully designed to ensure your peaceful and luxurious escape from the hustle and bustle of every day life. The moment you walk in the door and see the custom-crafted kitchen, marble countertop, and wide-plank hemlock flooring, we know you'll immediately relax in your home away from home.

Outside the cottage, the beautifully landscaped stone pathway will take you past the fire pit and down a shallow slope to 130 feet of shoreline and our spacious dock. In the warmer months, you can dive off the end into 10ft of refreshing, weed-free water. The dock has ample space to fish, read a book, catch the rays, or enjoy some daybreak sun salutations. Brand new canoe and kayaks are for you to explore the lake and its gorgeous surroundings. Snowshoes are provided so that you can hit the trails during the winter months. Nama-stay all day!

Other things to note
High season bookings (Victoria Day - Labour Day) are subject to a 7-night minimum booking, with check-in in Saturdays. Off-season bookings require a minimum of two nights and can be booked anytime..

Dogs are welcome, and are subject to an additional $125 cleaning fee. Pease let us know about your prized pooch when you book!

Unlimited high-speed Starlink wifi is available throughout the cottage. Great for video calls and streaming.

The dock is pulled up for the fall/winter season but during you can still enjoy the lake from the upper dock area. Due to safety reasons, there is NO water entry without the dock

For winter bookings, we recommend driving to the cottage in a vehicle with all wheel drive and winter tires. Although the roads will be plowed, we get a lot of snow up here and it’s always best to be prepared. Also, please make sure you have great footwear to handle snowy and icy paths. It can get slippery up here, especially if you head down to the fire pit/lake. Make sure to watch your step.
