From the moment you arrive, this cottage sets the stage for family time. The entry level opens into an entertainment room with a wood stove and walkout to a patio and BBQâjust the spot for a casual family cookout. Upstairs, the kitchen and dining area make it easy to share meals, while the living room and adjoining screened sunroom provide cozy spaces for games, movie nights, or quiet evenings together. This level also features two bedrooms (including one with an ensuite) and a bathroom with a large spa tubâideal for parents to enjoy a little relaxation while the kids are tucked in.
The lower level is where the kids and teens will claim their territory. With two more bedrooms, including a bunk room (single over double), plus a pool/ping-pong table and a basketball free-throw game, itâs a space designed for friendly competition and plenty of laughter. A 3-piece bathroom with washer and dryer rounds out this level, making longer family stays convenient.
Outdoors, thereâs something for everyone. Parents can unwind in the private sauna or on the expansive deck while the kids explore the shoreline. The gentle, hard-packed sandy entry makes swimming safe and fun for little ones, while older kids can jump off the dock, sun on the waterfront decking, or help paddle the lake.

Waterfront Enjoy 105 feet of waterfront with a gentle walk-in entry and a sandy beach area that's perfect for kids. The shoreline features a firm, sandy bottom that gradually recedes by about 3 feet as the summer progresses. While the immediate entry is clear, there are some natural weeds further out in the deeper water. The bottom is not slippery, making it great for swimming. Water quality is very good throughout the season, with some weeds. Fishing is decent, especially off the dock.
Sun Exposure Southern exposure, with full sun from midday. There are no sunset views.
Boating There are two docks - the water is fairly shallow off the right dock (about 3â deep) and deeper off the left dock (about 6.5 feet). A boat launch is available nearby. Pontoon boats may be accommodated. The dock is typically in the water from May to October, water levels permitting.
Close-By Attractions
Arrowhead Provincial Park. This park features 15 km of hiking trails; including a trail leading to a scenic waterfall (Stubb's Falls). Rental canoes, kayaks, paddleboards and mountain bikes are available. (15 mins).
Algonquin Theatre, Huntsville. Live theatre and concert venue. Featuring "Concerts on the Dock" every Wednesday night at 7:00pm throughout July and August. Amazing musicians and performers take the stage at Town Dock Park in downtown Huntsville. Bring a lawn chair or grab a seat in the park overlooking the Muskoka River and experience all genres of music from country to jazz, folk to indie, bluegrass to big band. (20 mins)
Golfing. Nearby golf courses include the Almaguin Highlands Golf & Country Club (15 mins), Huntsville Downs Golf Course (15 mins), and Deerhurst Highlands Golf Course (20 mins)/
Screaming Heads. Unique site featuring a castle and the depiction of the apocalypse using screaming heads and scared hands,howling wolves, 4 horsemen of the apocalypse and much more! The sculptures are spread over 300 acres of property. (30 mins)
