Great, affordable stay! Hosts were incredibly kind and very communicative! They were very accommodating to our young kids and made sure we had a pack and play, high chair and baby gates for the stairs!

A great property in a great location!

A beautiful home in a wonderful location close to everything Harbor Springs has to offer. A short scenic walk to town which offers great restaurants, beach, shopping and marina. Clean and beautiful home that is very comfortable. We will definitely stay there again.

Great overall stay!

Overall stay was great! Family up to visit for wine tasting! Great location - easy to get to downtown. Only complaint was that the tv was super hard to work for my grandma and parents! Would stay again!

Great location and space for a family

We had a great stay! 5 nights and this place felt like home. The house was perfect for our family with 3 kids. Backyard was private and enjoyable. We loved being in walking distance to downtown harbor springs and a close drive to everything else around. Communication prior to trip with the owners was great and the listing was very accurate. We hope to come stay here again next year!

Great Getaway in Harbor Springs

We had a wonderful week in Harbor Springs, MI. The place where we stayed was terrific and exceeded our expectations. The location was great - far enough away from the crowd to be quiet and private, yet close enough to enjoy the sights, eateries and activities of the town and area. The place was well furnished and very clean. We're definitely going to look at this place again if we return to this area.

The mystery surrounding it makes it stand out though, just wish we could thank you personally and ask what we might do to make it more enjoyable for your next visit. Great location!

This was a perfect location to downtown and there was a ton to do for our 3 kids. We loved walking every day and it only took 10 minutes or so. The place is very clean with a fully equipped kitchen. It was nice the grocery store was across the street!

Bicycle Trail Riding Vacation

The owners were great with communicating check-in and check-out instructions. The home was well appointed, very clean, and nicely decorated. The home is located in a great neighborhood, close distance to dining and shopping. Everything was perfect! Thank you!

The House was clean and met all of our expectations. Great location to downtown HS my family and I (2 under 3) were able to walk into town each morning. Juan is a great host. The small details (quick communication and well stocked spice cabinet/kitchen) were a nice touch. Thank you!

Girl's Getaway

This was a perfect location for our bike ride to Legs Inn and back. The condo was less than a half mile walk from Harbor Springs' downtown. There is a nice private patio, and the kitchen has everything needed for dining in. Spacious bedrooms, and the only reason for an overall rating of only four stars is due to only having one full bathroom.

Wonderful Stay, We’ll be back!

The property is EXACTLY as described online, it felt as if no one had ever stayed there, extremely clean and welcoming. We stayed with our 2 children, 2.5 yrs and 7 months and had everything we could possibly need. The house was fully stocked with everything you might need and more. Great walking location into town and very convenient being across the street from the grocery store. Our contact with the property managers was a also very prompt and easy!

Overall a great place!

This condo was super clean and we appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was since we have 3 kids. The location was perfect. We walked to town everyday. I was not aware it was a condo, we thought it was a house. Other than that we really enjoyed this place! Thank you!

I had a good experience. Overall rating was positive.

We found a property sufficient to meet our needs. We planed for four people ended up with six so sleeping and one shower accommodations were a bit cozy with 4 beds, King, Queen, and two twin beds. I will appliances were relatively new and we had everything we needed in the house so we were very satisfied.

Perfect retreat

We loved staying at this rental. Just as pictured and very close to anything you need. The house is spacious and well stocked. A lot of rentals limit the number of toilet paper rolls/paper towel rolls you can have and also use cheaper products. This location has plenty available and has nice quality products. Plenty of kitchen supplies as well which made it easy to cook and eat in the house. Loved the fact they had things for children (gates and highchair) which made it helpful. Everything was very clean and organized. Communication was spot on. Will definitely stay again if in the area. Location: market extremely close by Downtown harbor springs less than a half mile away Petoskey 15 minute drive to things Only two negatives I have are the dead bolt was broken and my 18 month could easily keep opening the front door. Also none of the light switches upstairs control any of the lights in the room and that is a safety concern navigating dark unfamiliar rooms trying to get to the lamps on the nightstands.

From the Owner: "Hi Morgan, I just came across your review...we appreciate all the positive points and the two negatives, which I'd like to respond to. I really focus on constructive criticism. It keeps us on our toes. The deadbolt has been inoperative since we bought this place and installed the electronic numeric keypad code system. We couldn't figure out how to remove it, so you probably found it covered with a small strip of duct tape. I admit it's crude, but we were trying to indicate to our guests not to use it. Consider the deadbolt a "to-do" list item. The bedroom lights are controlled individually with their own switches, so I apologize if this setup was not what you expected. We literally gutted this place when we bought it three years ago, so it looks like we missed the mark on those two areas. You're the second party that has commented on the wall switches, so we'll try to get an electrician to come in this winter (you might be surprised how difficult it is to get tradesmen to answer the phone and email messages up here) and see if we can work this around, so it's more straightforward the next time you visit. Usually, the wall switches turn on/off one thing (ceiling light or fan comes to mind), but in this case, it's multiple devices. So thanks for pointing this out and I promise we'll work on it. The upgraded hall lights would help with second-floor navigation and entry to the bedrooms; it looks like we need to do a little better! Thanks again for choosing to stay with us.
