Die Balkone dieses Piano Nobile überblicken einen breiten ruhigen Kanal. Es hat ein Wassertor und einen malerischen Hofeingang.
Die vier großen Doppelzimmer (komplett mit Klimaanlage und Satellitenfernsehen) sind mit 3 luxuriösen Marmorbädern ausgestattet.
Die geräumige Küche verfügt über erstklassige Miele-Geräte, einen großen Wolf-Ofen im originalen Kamin und einen temperaturgeregelten Weinkühlschrank. Sie ist perfekt für den professionellen Koch oder Entertainer.
Das Dekor erinnert an einen mittelalterlichen Palazzo und bietet gleichzeitig modernen Komfort. Sie finden eine Bibliothek, ein voll ausgestattetes Fitnessstudio und ein Dampfbad.
Der Palazzo Muazzo befindet sich in einem der ältesten Sestiere Venedigs, dem Castello. Ein 15-minütiger Spaziergang zu Sam Marco. Muazzo Palace was amazing. Full of charm and old furniture it fits perfectly with a Venice experience. Jane was an excellent host. Great communication and very attentive. Her husband Luigi gave us a very informative walking tour of the town and son Michael a boat tour of the lagoon. We had a perfect time.

We were a group of eight and all of us were senior citizens. You must walk up about 28 steep steps to get to the unit with your suitcases. This was very difficult for our group with heavy suitcases. Also, the kitchen does not have a microwave. The place was very clean. Also, our host recommended her son for an excursion that was extremely overpriced for a taxi ride to Muruno and Bruno. Also, our host arranged transportation from cruise ship and to airport. We ended up taking a taxi that was only five minutes away for a fraction of the cost arranged by our host.

This place is a wow!! We arrived via private taxi (arranged by Jane) to the front doors of this luxury 4 bedroom home. My young adult children were even impressed. Jane and Michael make you feel at home, offer to help you with your stay and were there for us when we needed them.The home is close to almost everything. We walked to most things but used the Ostedale taxi stop to get to islands and the the train station on the way home The beds great for us, the location in a bit of a quieter, less busy part of the city, the balcony and canal quite lovelyThe master bath was something I’ve never seen before so nicely laid out and the rain shower just perfect. The kitchen was nicely stocked and while I didn’t notice it when I booked having a washer and dryer came in handy

This was amazing place to stay in for our 5th trip to Italy. The property was laid out perfectly for our large group and we had common space as well as perfectly laid out bedrooms and bathrooms. Our host Jane and her son Michael were incredibly helpful throughout our trip-especially patient in view of a few hiccups with planes and train issues. Castello is incredibly quiet-local and added to the overall experience.

Exceptional location

Located near enough to tourist areas but far enough away from crowds. The apartment was perfect with lots of space, great air conditioning and wonderful art. The host had left us some first day supplies and helped with transportation. Recommendations for restaurants were great. We would pick this place again and again.

This apartment was perfect for our visit. Location was central. Host arranged water taxi for our pickup. Hosts son Michael acted as private tour guide for Murano and Burano, which was awesome. The apartment was gorgeous and spacious and had everything we needed. Balacony right over canal. Osperdale vaporetta stop within 15 min walk. Coop grocery store within 15 min walk. Multiple restaurants available within 10-15 walk. Great host communication and helpful with local info. Would highly recommend choosing this accommodation.

This is a beautiful apartment in a quiet area. Our group of 8 adults shared three happy days there in October. Our host was attentive, arranging water taxis from the airport.A few issues: we were told there were 12 steps up to the apartment (there is no elevator) but it is more like 30. We had heavy luggage and three in our group walk with canes so it is important to keep this in mind. Also, 4 adults needed to share one bathroom where there are no hooks for wet towels, perhaps something can be added in the bedrooms. A microwave would be a welcome addition since we bought back leftovers from the delicious restaurants in the area. A special place, amazing artwork, luxurious bed linens and a balcony overlooking the canal. Would definitely recommend.

Thank you Joan for your detailed review of the property and for raising some issues that certainly would be of interest to potential guests. The apartment sleeps a maximum of 8 people and has 3 bathrooms . One of which is what is called a Jack and Jill bathroom and is shared between two bedrooms . So at full occupancy two couples would potentially be sharing a bathroom . In this shared bathroom there are two hooks opposite the shower which can take two towels each however the 2 horizontal chrome radiators along the back wall of the bathroom are really intended for hanging and drying your towels . Please do not leave wet towels in the bedrooms . The smaller of the two viking ovens can be used for heating left overs. There is no plan to install a microwave . To access the apartment there is in fact an external stone stairway leading to the property that consists of 2 flights of exactly 15 steps not the approximately 10 as I had mentioned in our correspondence . So a total of 30 not 20 ( not sure where you keep getting 12 from) . For future guests where as we do help you with your luggage into the apartment remember Venice is a pedestrian town with many bridges so if you have severe mobility issues you might need to think about visiting . I can assure you though that both the apartment and Venice are beautiful and worth the effort .

Very nicely renovated historical property. Ideal for multiple couples or large family. Close enough to major tourist centers but quiet and off the beaten path at the same time. Luigi, the owner was the best. A 5* host who always delivered on anything he promised. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful property and perfect location

This is our second time staying at this property. The decor is absolutely stunning and if you enjoy cooking you will love the kitchen. The location is in a perfect tranquil part of Venice that is away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to some great piazzas. We absolutely love this place.
