Welcome to Bristol Lane, a coastal retreat in the highly sought-after Sea Colony community of Palm Coast, Florida. Nestled just moments from the Atlantic Ocean, this private, gated neighborhood offers a rare blend of security, serenity, and classic seaside charm, making it an ideal destination for extended stays and relaxed coastal living.



Set within Sea Colony’s beautifully maintained grounds, you’ll experience quiet oak-lined streets, shimmering lakes, and thoughtfully designed New England-style architecture that creates a peaceful, coastal New England-inspired atmosphere. Guests enjoy access to exceptional community amenities, including private beach access, a clubhouse, and an oceanfront pool and spa overlooking the Atlantic.



Inside the home, Bristol Lane offers a comfortable and inviting space designed for easy living. Whether you’re enjoying a slow morning coffee, unwinding after a beach day, or settling in for a longer seasonal stay, the home provides a relaxed and functional layout that feels welcoming from the moment you arrive. A new living room couch is currently being added, with updated photos coming soon to reflect this enhancement.

This home is pet-friendly, allowing one small dog (under 50 lbs) with a $200 non-refundable pet fee. Please register your pet after booking.

A minimum 30-day stay is required per HOA guidelines. Guests must complete a short application as part of Sea Colony’s approval process. DocuSign paperwork will be sent approximately 30–45 days prior to arrival.

Perfect getaway

My wife and i had an amazing stay. The property offered us everything we needed and more. From the pool, clubhouse, and sunsets/sunrises on the beach. The hosts were super responsive and very easy to work with. We can't wait to book another stay her in the Spring.

Nice retreat

We have stayed in Sea Colony several times and always enjoy this community. Quiet! Relaxing view. Short drive to the ocean. Beach and the pool area are great as well. We will be back!

Peaceful retreat

This home has great beds with super quiet nights. Also beautiful stars and the sound of the surf! The most important elements of a refreshing vacation! Home is clean and has what you need to feel at home. Valerie at Itrip is quick to respond and very helpful. The beach is a few blocks away, groceries and gas are close, too. We've stayed here 3 time and would rent again.

Visit to 31 Bristol Lane, Sea Colony

Despite arriving in the early hours of the morning I found access to the house and the Sea Colony community was as smooth as I could have expected. Although the contents of the house were older they were clean tidy and comfortable. The lanai area to the rear was very presentable and we spent most of our time there. Minor complaints would be the standard of the towels was below what we expected, and also improved lighting between the driveway and the front door during the hours of darkness would be beneficial, especially for female residents. All in all I enjoyed staying at the property and would rent again in future.

Economical and comfortable. Beds are all top quality. The location is quiet and peaceful plus the view from the screened lanai is beautiful! Sun rises are spectacular and we were able to watch an otter - awesome! You can hear the ocean and walk to the beach. Publix and Bings Landing are close (5 min). St Augustine and Daytona are both 30 min drive. Many good restaurants close by. Alot to see and do in this area. We'll be back.

Loved our stay at Twin Palms!

Location... check. Affordability... check. Service... check. Twin Palms checked every box!! My husband, our dog Xena, and I recently stayed a couple months in this wonderful house in the gated community of Sea Colony, Palm Coast, FL. We wish we could have stayed longer! Every morning we enjoyed coffee in the screened in porch while we watched all sorts of birds on the lake - all while listening to the ocean waves crash the shore. Then it was time for a walk on the beach! At noon we would take the wide paved bike path to one of the local resturants. Afternoons were filled with mountain biking, pickleball, kayaking or visiting one of the several nature preserves nearby. Every few days we would jump in the car for an adventure to St. Augustine, Flagler Beach or Daytona. We found the house to be clean and spacious and the community was very welcoming to renters. We will definitely be looking to stay here again. I guess that is the greatest recommendation I can provide.
