Bring your boat, bring your swim trunks, bring your beach gear. Our Canal Home has it all! We have a private salt water heated swimming pool in our completely screened in lanai. Walk down a few steps to our private boat dock. Bring your boat and keep it docked during your entire stay and use it hassle free as much as you like. Lounge by our heated saltwater swimming pool. Cook family dinner in our fully stocked kitchen with easy access to the lanai including an outside bar with large table, outdoor furniture and television - all under a covered roof.

Enjoy your vacation or work-from-home staycation in this expansive four bedroom, three bath, 2,500 square foot modern bungalow in Palm Coast's desirable C Section. Dock your fishing boat, pontoon boat or jet skis and enjoy the intercoastal or venture out to the Ocean. Enjoy the sunrise and water views (and the occasional dolphin sighting) from the dock or expansive lanai with sit up bar, television and modern outdoor patio furniture and outdoor shower.

Relax in the enormous master suite with unique and luxurious imported tiled walk-in shower. This home is on a quiet cul-de-sac close to the beach, walking, biking and hiking trails, shopping, restaurants and Route 95 which provides easy access to all local major attractions including Disney (a little over one hour drive to Disney), St. Augustine (30 min drive) and Daytona (30 min drive). The design layout of this enormous home offers families, extended families or couples privacy and relaxation in modern décor with a fully stocked kitchen, living room, formal dining set, sitting room and plenty of parking including two garage spaces. We offer our guests bikes, beach gear and all of the amenities you may need for your stay. Guests have full private access to the entire home.

The space
This home offers four bedrooms – two with King Size Beds, one queen bed and one bunk bed consisting of a twin top and full bottom with a third pull out trundle (twin size). Our mattresses are high quality. The Master Bedroom has an enormous private master bath with his/her vanities shower, large closets, view of and access to the pool through double sliders and a large smart television and ceiling fan. Second bathroom has a full tub, with shower and his and her sinks. Third bathroom is across from the bunkroom and includes shower and pool access.

Central air conditioning with ceiling fans throughout.

We provide two cribs and a highchair for those with small children.

Big screen smart televisions throughout and strong Wi Fi and cable television channels.

Several surfaces that can easily be transitioned to work spaces to accommodate the work-at-home environment.

Location

Our home is located on a large canal and we are about a 10 minute drive from the beach, around the corner from wonderful biking/walking trails along the intercostal waterway and next to all the best golf courses in the area. The European Village shops and restaurants are a short bike ride or 5 mins by car. Theme parks (little over one hour to Universal or Disney), Daytona (35 mins) and St. Augustine (35 mins)!

Some of the other amenities include: updated appliances including dishwasher, washer and dryer, lots and lots of cookware, dishware and glassware for ten people; board games; gas grill; several bikes of various sizes; pool toys; blender; hair dryers; cooler; beach umbrella and chairs; fridge, crock pot; coffee maker; toaster oven; rice cooker; microwave; knife set; washer and dryer and more - fully loaded!

Heated Salt Water Pool:
The pool is heated year-round to a comfortable temperature for swimming or relaxing, we set it for the 80s. But please understand in the winter months when the outside temperature drops below 50 degrees during the day and is in the 20s or 30s at night no pool heater can turn a pool into a hot tub. Such temperatures are on the rare end for Palm Coast but they do happen and if they do the pool temp will likely be in the 70s despite the heater.

Pool Safety Fence
We want your family to relax and have fun during your stay. To help keep everyone safe—especially little ones—please make sure the pool safety fence is closed and securely latched at all times. If there are any issues with the functionality of the pool fence please send us a message immediately upon checking in and we can send someone over to address.

The fence is an important layer of protection that prevents unsupervised access to the water. A quick check each time you enter or leave the pool area makes a big difference. At no time, even with a pool fence, should you allow children to be unsupervised around the pool.

We also have the pool cleaned and serviced every Wednesday. You do not need to be home for the pool company and they will arrive on their own schedule every Wednesday.
