Entspannendes Florida-Haus gelegen am Golfplatz

Thank you for your feedback and for noting that you found the home roomy and comfortable. I’m sorry to hear that the towels and bath mats did not meet your expectations. Had we been made aware during your stay, we would have gladly addressed or replaced them right away, as we rely on a local team to assist guests while we manage the property remotely. We appreciate you bringing these items to our attention and will be reviewing them with our local support to ensure they are improved for future guests. We are also taking your comments about the landscaping into consideration as part of ongoing property upkeep.

Dear Dave Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad you found the floor plan comfortable and enjoyed the proximity to the golf course, as well as the comfort of the recliners and the new refrigerator in the kitchen. We strive to provide a clean, comfortable, and affordable home for our guests, and while we understand everyone has their own preferences, we believe our furniture and amenities strike a good balance between quality and value. For guests looking for more modern or luxurious furnishings, there are other options available in the area, though they do come with a higher price point. Regarding the yard and landscaping, we acknowledge the major hurricanes impacted the area weeks before your stay, and we were actively working to address those effects. While we do not advertise outdoor furnishings, we will certainly take your feedback into consideration as we make future improvements. As always, we prioritize hospitality and responsiveness, and we were happy to promptly assist you throughout your stay. We’ve had many positive reviews from guests who appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and value our home provides. That said, we appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve the experience for future guests. Best regards, Kristin

Unfortunately at times things are out of our control. For instance the wind will blow debris and it may land in the yard or driveway. Unless it is an obstruction it may not be picked up until the maintenance crew arrives between the stay of the guests. The wooded lot on the left side of parking area is not our property. They did recently cut back a lot of over growth, so until it begins to fill in, it may seem unsightly to some. I have confirmed that the blinds on slider are not broken. I do make sure to be available for anyone who has difficulty maneuvering around the home or need assistance with operating any household appliances and fixtures. If it can not be resolved over the phone I will immediately send someone over. We do what we can to ensure our guest have a pleasant stay in our home. With open communication we can make this possible.

Thank you for your feedback. At the time of booking you expressed you were looking for an affordable place to stay and I’m glad we were able to provide that for you. I’m sure you can agree since there was no disappointment communicated during your stay, that whether the home is contemporary or outdated is a personal opinion and irrelevant to the fact that we provided you with a service of accuracy and excellence.
