On the first level of this property is where a lot of the hustle and bustle will take place. A spacious open kitchen waits at the ready, and a family room which rotates around a large flat screen T.V. is adjacent to it. A dining area with a great wooden table, capable of seating ten or more, is located next to these two rooms, and all three of these areas are reliably heated by a three-dimensional gas fireplace during the cooler months.

Need a view of the Sound? Take your pick! This level also features a huge screened in porch and a front deck with Adirondack furniture, both overlooking the famous body of water. This level features 2 King bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. The kitchen features custom hickory cabinets and granite counters. The flooring in the kitchen, dining area and family room and sitting room is all beautiful Philippine Mahogany.

More relaxing happens on the second level. For starters, this level features a king bedroom, as well as another room containing two double beds joined by a full bathroom. There is also a private boat dock with this home! The private dock features 4 jet ski launches, a spot where renters can moor their own boat during a stay and a furnished, covered gazebo where you can view the most fabulous sunrises on the Outer Banks. Bring your own boat and Sea Doos and launch them from right next door at the Poplar Branch Boat Dock It is a short 12 minute boat ride from this private dock to Duck or Corolla!

This home may not allow pets, but there are multiple facilities nearby which certainly do! These include Eastern Shore Animal Hospital in Grandy and Ocean Sands K-9 Resort in Kill Devil Hills. This way, you can bring your furry family members to the Outer Banks as well and see them whenever you like!

**Private unheated pools will open on April 16th and close on October 1st. Hot Tubs are available year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6pm on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No pets allowed in pools.**
