Mountain Lake Lodge is a fun and comfortable getaway for family and friends. The home features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and room to sleep up to 6 guests. You`ll feel right at home as you step inside to the comfortable livingroom which opens up to the wall of wonderful views. The bedrooms, cozy living areas, and fully equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances make vacationing easy. Enjoy the open room and large flat screen TV over the fireplace which will allow plenty of time to visit with guests.

The outdoor spaces are the reason to enjoy your lake time outdoors, with multiple deck areas and easy access to dock and fishing platform. The fire pit and swing are a wonderful amenity that you find at few places around the lake.

Mountain Lake Lodge is a comfortable and stylish space where family and friends can gather, play, and reminisce. As you relax here, you can play card games or board games, watch TV and movies, and enjoy the water views just outside the windows. This room also features soaring ceilings with exposed wood beams that make the space feel even larger.

House Rules for Your Stay

Responsible Renter: You must be at least 25 years old to rent the property. Proof of age may be requested. A parent or legal guardian must accompany guests under this age.

Occupancy Limit: The property is strictly limited to the number of guests specified in your reservation, as listed in the house advertisement (ages 2 and above). This maximum occupancy cannot be adjusted. Exceeding this limit is a breach of contract and may result in immediate eviction.

Pets Policy: Only dogs are allowed in approved pet-friendly homes with a paid fee. All pets must be leashed and under control at all times. Emotional support animals are not permitted unless explicitly authorized in writing with a fee.

No Parties or Events: The property is for residential use only. Parties, events, or loud gatherings are not permitted and may result in immediate eviction.

Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful environment, please keep noise levels to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. Respect the neighbors’ right to quiet enjoyment.

Trash Disposal: Guests must remove all trash upon departure and dispose of it in the designated facility. The cleaning fee covers routine cleaning only and does not include additional cleanup.

Property Respect and Maintenance: Report any maintenance needs immediately to ensure a prompt resolution. Treat the home as your own; any damages or excessive mess may result in additional charges. Please return all furnishings to their original positions upon checkout.

Follow Local Regulations: Abide by all local laws and regulations. No parking on lawns or adjacent properties; please respect all parking restrictions.

Emergency Preparedness: Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and procedures. Keep emergency contact information accessible during your stay.

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking and dispose of all cigarette waste properly.
