Casa Del Sol C1 is a three-bedroom, three-bath, low-density condo with beautiful Gulf-front views from the 3rd floor. Ideally located within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and local attractions, this unit provides comfort, convenience, and a true beachfront experience.

• Access to the balcony is available from both the living room and the primary bedroom.

• Tile flooring is featured in the living area, with carpet in all bedrooms.

• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need in your home away from home. The dining table seats six, and there are three bar stools for additional seating.

• A full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit.

• The living area features a sofa sleeper and a recliner for extra comfort.

• The primary bedroom includes a king-size bed with balcony access.

• The second bedroom has a king-size bed and a shared bathroom.

• The third bedroom also features a king-size bed.

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry!

• A maximum of two cars is allowed; the second car is first-come, first-served.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

Awesome 3-night stay!

Three full baths, three bedrooms with king beds, a large living/dining/kitchen open floor plan, and a terrific patio overlooking the pool and beach … this was perfect for our group to enjoy for 3 nights in October. The patio has high-end furniture and a sink/counter combo. The entire condo has been updated very well. All bathrooms are modern, with good pressure and plenty of hot water. The HVAC worked well, although we had to remember to close the patio doors completely or the a/c will turn off. The condo was very clean throughout. The only constructive feedback I can offer - when wind is strong (storm), there are two sounds that can really annoy you - a high-pitched whistling sound and a varying humming noise that pulsates. We hypothesized that the sounds were created by the railing on the patio. I’m bringing earplugs next time, because we loved this space and location so much, we will definitely be back.

A great family getaway

We absolutely loved Casa Del Sol C1. It was super clean, roomy, updated, and had all the essentials. It made for a very pleasant week away with our adult daughters. We will definitely book this condo again.

Easy check in process- just walked right in with keypad access! Listing shows condo realistically and it easily worked for a friend group of 6. Fantastic beach access and easy to get to all of Gulf Shores. Kitchen well stocked with utensils and appliances. Balcony chairs were surprisingly comfortable! Only “downside” is a narrow parking lot- but it doesn’t take away from your stay.

Great Family weekend!

Beautiful condo, clean and spacious. Great spot on the beach!!! We love West Gulf Shores! Will try to book this condo again.The door to the trash can was very loose, we moved the trash can out so we didn't have to continue to pull on the door.

Overall this was a great property. Very clean and spacious. 3 king beds made this great for multiple couples to share the condo. Parking is VERY tight and limited to two vehicles per condo. Cars have no issue, but trucks are very hard to maneuver in this parking lot. Make sure you bring your own laundry pods, dish soap, toilet tissue and trashbags.

Know before you go

We stayed at the property in early May. Great time to be in Gulf Shores! Not crowded, lots of places to eat. The condo is nice. It’s updated but definitely could use a deep clean. For example, dirty baseboards throughout. We found unclean dishes in the cabinets. The patio doors are very hard to push open. Once outside, the balcony affords a beautiful view of the beach. Some things you should know before you commit: no beach towels so if you’re flying in plan on packing one or using your bath towel. There is a grill but it’s a charcoal grill and charcoal is not provided. The information provided to you after you pay a deposit states you need to provide your own toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing soap, and garbage bags. I’ve stayed in many VRBO’s and this is the first place that did not have additional basic supplies. BTW the TP in the master bath was almost gone when we got there! To be fair there was an initial supply but nothing more. Was it ok? Yes. Would I stay there again? No.

Beach Getaway

Suggestions: Remove ALL carpet and use area rugs. The massive headboard in the Primary suite covered up the outlets. A nightstand changing station would be nice. Add more toiletries, especially for week long stays. Steam/mop floors. Our socks were black the first few hours after check in. Offer box fans. Paint and add better lighting in vestibule when stepping off elevator. It is rundown and kind of scary, especially in the evening . Pluses. The condo is spacious and located close to: dining/shopping/beach. Decorated well. The balcony is very large. Nice having an assigned parking space. Overall, quiet and great place to stay. We do plan on staying again.

The condo was very nice - clean, comfortable and great beach access. We had one issue with an appliance that was immediately corrected - thank you! Be prepared to augment items like paper products and soap depending on the length of your stay. Also, beach towels are not provided, so you need to bring your own or purchase there.

Water leak

We discovered a wet spot on the wall behind the larger kitchen sink. We emailed the information in and received a prompt reply. The leak was caused from the unit above us. However, they installed a dehumidifier, which was fairly loud, that ran the remaining time we were there (Friday - Tuesday).

We loved the condo. Everything we needed was there, and it was so close to beach. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was great. The only complaint was the sofa had seenbetter days and had stains and the area rug was not very clean. We did have to move a chair from bedroom to have enough seating. Overall, we loved the condo and would stay again

Quick vacay before next grand baby arrives

The condo was very accommodating. Had a leak from property above, but management addressed it before our arrival. No issues with that. Great communications before our arrival. There was also mold growing on the 2nd guest bedroom ceiling which was concerning. Living room furniture and rug needed a little better cleaning too. But overall the place was great. And a wonderful location. I would definitely rent it again! Since the price was good 😊
