Das Hotel liegt am West Beach im Herzen von Gulf Shores. Dieses Gerät wurde mit neuen Farben, neuen Teppichen in den Schlafzimmern, neuen Flachbildfernsehern und einigen neuen Möbeln neu dekoriert. Diese Nichtraucherwohnung in der 22. Etage befindet sich in der östlichen Ecke mit atemberaubendem Blick auf weiße Sandstrände und sprudelndes Wasser, sodass Sie die Delfine und einen gelegentlichen Hai sehen können! Vom Wohnzimmer und vom Hauptschlafzimmer aus haben Sie einen raumhohen Blick auf das Meer und den vorderen Balkon. 9 Fuß Decken im gesamten. Balkonzugang vom 2. und 3. Schlafzimmer mit Blick auf Meer und Lagune. 3 Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder. In den Schlafzimmern befinden sich 2 Kingsize-Betten und 1 Queensize-Bett. Erst kürzlich wurden für alle drei Betten neue Matratzen gekauft. Wir haben elektrische Liegesofas und Liebessitze im Wohnzimmer. Wir haben 2 ausklappbare Matratzen für zusätzlichen Schlafplatz.
Das Wohnzimmer und alle Schlafzimmer verfügen über einen Flachbildfernseher. Master-Bad mit Whirlpool und separater Dusche. Die große Küche in U-Form ist mit Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl, Granitoberflächen und Doppelöfen ausgestattet und bietet fast alles, was Sie für die Zubereitung eines wunderbaren Essens benötigen! Kostenloses WLAN ist im Preis inbegriffen. Waschküche mit neuer Waschmaschine und Trockner. Zu den weiteren Annehmlichkeiten zählen ein beheizter Infinity-Innenpool auf der 3. Etage und ein Infinity-Außenpool mit Blick auf den Golf. Hat 150 ft. Front am Golf von Mexiko. Es gibt ein Fitnesscenter mit Dampfbad / Sauna auf der 4. Etage mit Blick auf den Golf, einen Grillplatz neben dem Gebäude und eine größtenteils überdachte Parkgarage mit maximal 2 Autos pro Einheit. Es gibt 2 Hochgeschwindigkeitsaufzüge. Das Gebäude verfügt über ein Sprinkler- und Rauchmeldersystem und ist eine vollständig verstärkte Betonkonstruktion. In der Nähe von Restaurants. Der Pier und der Hangout sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

It was very nice, facilities were clean, pool was clean and cool! The only bad thing I can say is parking is a challenge! A another down but out of your control was the gulf had lots of jellyfish. No problem with checking in or out! A suggestion would be to add a griddle to make pancakes or burgers! All in all we had fun! Thank you!

Amazing Views!

We go to the beach every year and this was one of my favorite condos that we have stayed in! The views from the balconies and the living room are amazing and everything with the condo was well done, including having beach chairs and toys available to use (I didn't have to load ours up in the car and bring them saving a lot of space in the car)!

GREAT VACATION

Comfortable condo with great views!!

My family of five loved the condo...wasn't quite a comfortable walking distance to The Hangout (we chose to drive) but the condo itself had almost every accommodation we could have desired. Connie was very easy to work with and we would definitely recommend to others.

The Best View in Gulf Shores!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. The views of the Gulf are second to none with the floor to ceiling windows! We had six adults and a 3-year old and stayed very comfortably. This condo has everything you need for the beach or pool. The pool is not large but was adequate. Despite being on the 22nd floor we never had to wait long for the elevator. We would definitely stay here again with a large group!

Fantastic Beachfront Condo

Wow… Just Wow! My family could not have had a more wonderful stay at this beautiful beachfront condo! We had an amazing view of the sunrise every morning. The ocean was right in front of us when sitting on the spacious balcony. This condo had every amenity you could ever think of… The separate icemaker was definitely a big hit! The beds were very comfortable, the recliners were perfect for my parents who are in their 80s. They also had a perfect view from the ceiling to floor windows. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Gulf Shores! Connie was fantastic when answering any questions that we had before and during our stay!

Beautiful condo but had some issues

Our condo was beautiful. The view was great. Plenty of towels, kitchen appliances, and was nicely decorated. We had a few issues with our stay. A smoke detector started peeping in the middle of the night that needed the batteries changed. It seems like a pretty minor inconvenience but we had to find a battery & ladder to change it when if they were changed yearly, it would never have been an issue. If my husband wasnt there, I would have had to have dealt with it all night, as the ceilings are quite tall and I could not reach, even with the small ladder we found. Second, there was a leak from the ceiling in the master bathroom. I get things happen but we had to plan our day around when the management company would be around to assess it so we could let them in. Lastly, parking was a nightmare. If you have a smaller vehicle, you will be fine because you can always park on the higher levels. Issue was all of the smaller cars wanted to park on the lower level when bigger vehicles could not clear the other levels of of the parking garage.

First time Gulf Shore visitor

Was very pleased with condo! Fabulous views off balcony and lots of room inside. Loved being up on 22nd floor as this made for cool breezes on balcony. Only complaint - when we arrived the condo was not cleaned adequately. Connie did offer to send out cleaning service to clean but we already had taken care of cleaning. She was easy to work with and responded to an issue we had with a slow draining bathtub promptly. Overall, a very nice condo with great balcony!

Favorite condo yet!

We have stayed in a number of different condos in Gulf Shores the past few years and this one is the best so far! The owners are wonderful! They are very helpful and are very quick to answer emails. The condo looks exactly like the pictures. Very clean! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook including a crockpot! There is plenty of comfortable seating inside as well as outside. The patio has a nice size table that seats 6 people comfortably. There are also 2 nice rocking chairs on the patio. The owners have really put thought into making this condo truly a "home away from home". We will definitely book this condo again!

Can not say enough about how wonderful this condo was!

My family and I have stayed in several different condos in Gulf Shores over the years. None have compared to this one. So very nicely furnished, top of the line furnishings. Beautifully decorated. Very comfortable and everything very clean. Spacious, plenty of room, large kitchen with everything you could need. Owners very nice and extremely helpful. Always very quick to respond and made for sure we had all the information we would need. View was fantastic, patio well furnished with seating. Great Condo. Great Stay.

The Condo was in tip-top condition upon our arrival. Everything was spotless and the kitchen has everything you could need. The views are amazing and the Condo is spacious. The Wi-Fi was excellent, and the TV reception and picture were top-notch. Connie sent information prior to arrival that took care of most of our questions, and very responsive when a question did come up. It was very convenient to use a keypad for access, as that eliminated the need to carry yet another set of keys. There were only two of us so we only used the Master Suite, but the other two bedrooms would be fine for a family or additional guests. The fitness center is fairly well equipped. We did not use the indoor pool, so no comments on that. There are tons of restaurants within a short drive. The beach is well-maintained and very clean. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

beautiful view, beautiful condo - we'll be back!

This is the most beautifully decorated Condo with the best view we have stayed in since we started coming to the Gulf Shores area 10 years ago. This Condo is well stocked and had plenty of living space and bathrooms for our group of 7. You literally can see 270 degrees from this Condo! The only considerations that you may want to be aware of...1) if you drive an oversized vehicle, you can only park on the first level of the parking deck. We stayed over Thanksgiving and this was not a problem for us. I am not sure if this would become a problem during Spring Break or Summer. Also, during our stay, it was quite breezy and a little chilly - the beautiful indoor pool is located off the parking deck and is an airy walk to the elevators. You will definitely want a full cover up if you plan to use this pool during the colder months. Otherwise, not one single complaint! Everything was clean and in excellent working order!!

This building is structured so that each floor has only 3 units (65 total in building), with 2 high-speed elevators, so there is not a feeling of ever being crowded.
