Island Tower 2002 – Three-bedroom, three-bath condo with spectacular gulf-front views from the 20th floor. Located just 0.4 miles west of Hwy. 59 in the heart of Gulf Shores.

Unit amenities:

• Gulf-front balcony access from the living room and primary bedroom

• Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need in your home away from home; dining table seats six, with four additional barstools

• Full-size washer and dryer inside the unit

• Living area with a queen sofa sleeper

• Primary bedroom with king-size bed

• Second bedroom with queen-size bed

• Third bedroom with two twin beds

• Keyless entry for no-wait check-in/check-out

• Maximum of two cars allowed

• No boats, jet skis, trailers, or recreational vehicles allowed on the property

Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited at the pools, fitness center, BBQ area, lobby, elevators, stairwells, and common area walkways. Cigarette cans are provided for proper disposal only.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

Amazing place!

The condo is huge! There was room for everyone to hangout at the table or in the luving room at once. That is hard to find. The location is amazing. Indoor and outdoor pools. I would recommend if you want to walk and eat at Bahama Bobs (which you do) on the weekend send one person over to get on the list and come back to the condo until your table is ready. Also, this condo had beach chairs, bodyboards and sand castle stuff already there. I could not recommend it more!

The view of the Gulf of America from the room is stunning. You can see miles in any direction. Dana was amazing to communicate with before and after the stay. We only had two issues and one was the elevators. There are two of them and they do run fairly slow. The parking garage is also tight. The only other issue we had was folks who were not staying at the property using the outdoor pool. It would be nice if they installed a lock on the gates so only guests of the Island Tower could use it. But the room itself was great and Dana was awesome.

Perfect

This property was absolutely perfect for a May 2025 trip to Gulf Shores. Island Tower is modern, clean and well-maintained, and well-located in the heart of Gulf Shores near shops and restaurants. The property itself was also immaculate and well-appointed, with great beds and comfortable tasteful decor, and a fully-equipped modern kitchen that allowed us to prepare fantastic meals. Our stay included chair and umbrella service so we could leave the property and be situated on the beach in a matter of minutes. The beach can also be enjoyed from the massive shaded balcony which is thoughtfully was furnished with tall, comfy chairs that allowed full and unobstructed viewpoints of the beach to both the east and west, which was wonderful any time of the day or night. Communication with the property manager was pleasant and timely, and when we wished to stay an extra night it was a very simple and direct process. We were a large party of adults and children and everyone was extremely happy with the property. Highly recommended.

Amazing place for vacation

We went on a family vacation with 6 adults and two kids under 6. This condo was perfect! It is very clean, has amazing views, feels very safe and lots of extras to help with the trip. One of our favorite things was the shower head attached to the master bathtub, this made bathing the kids and ensuring all sand was off and they were all clean. The security guards on the property were very friendly. Dana was extremely easy to communicate with and very friendly. The balcony truly is huge and great for morning coffee, board games with kids, or watching the dolphins swim. The condo is right on the beach and was very easy to access with small kids. It was also very quiet and peaceful throughout the property and even at the outdoor pool. We will plan to book this again for future visits and 10/10 recommend.

Really nice place!

The condo itself was very nice and clean. It had a great view of the gulf. The owner/manager was very nice and quick to respond to any questions. The only issue we had during our stay was that the beach chairs/umbrella that were to be provided with our condo rental were not automatically added to the beach chair company (Suncoast). I had to go down each morning and explain the situation to the Suncoast attendant to make sure that our chairs/umbrella were set up. I let the condo owner/manager know about this near the end of our stay and she wasn't happy about the issue and planned to remedy it going forward. I know that this explanation of the issue took up most of the text in this review, but our stay overall was great and very enjoyable. We highly recommend this condo!

ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!!!!

This place is by far the best experience I’ve had staying at the beach. It is literally on the beach, and close to everything. The place was very clean. The smaller ones enjoyed the convenience of the outdoor pool as well as the indoor pool when it rained. The older ones loved the beach. Elevator wait times were very very quick. Parking was easy. Overall I will be doing business again, probably yearly as we have family down there. Thank you so much for being prompt and communicating with us anytime we had a question… by the way, that balcony is HUGE!

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay. Unit was quiet and spotless and had everything you could need. Beds were comfortable, unless you require them to be very soft. The balcony is the bomb-diggity! 20th floor but we never ever had to wait for an elevator. Parking is tight. If you can bring the smaller car, do it! Plenty of carts Avila me to get all our gear and baggage to the 20th floor. We would return. Thanks for a great stay!

Condo was nice with exception the floors were dirty, not just sandy. Porch furniture is really nice and sturdy. Building overall needs some attention in common areas. West elevator needs some repair to control panel wall. Pool area not really inviting, but pool is not why we go to beach.

Thanksgiving at the beach!

This condo was very nice! Exactly as pictured on line! It was well stocked with all the essentials in the kitchen. The bathrooms each had hairdryers and curling irons. The balcony furniture was sooooo nice! Loved sitting out there in the nice furniture. The only complaint I would have is the living room couch was not comfortable at all. It is a little dated and worn. The rest of the furniture was simply amazing!!! I also loved that the dinning room area and metal chairs at the dinning table and the table was sturdy. Most condos I have stayed in does not have durable dinning furniture. We will definitely book here again in the future. It was an excellent thanksgiving vacation with my family thanks to this wonderful condo!!!!!! Thank you!!!!
