Throughout the home, tropical open-plan living spaces and alfresco dining areas capture the essence of Cairns living, blending comfort with style. With free Wi-Fi, Netflix, tea and coffee, laundry facilities, and a fully stocked kitchen, you’ll feel right at home.

Guests have complete private access to the villa, grounds, and driveway. Please note, the garage is locked for storage purposes. As local hosts based in Cairns, we’ll personally greet you on arrival to show you around, then leave you to enjoy your stay in privacy — though we’re only a phone call away if you need us.

Clifton Beach, just minutes away on foot, is a locals’ favourite. With its palm-lined esplanade, swimming net, shaded playground, and beachfront BBQ facilities, it’s the perfect place for families and couples alike. From here, you can also wander along the sand to Palm Cove, famous for its dining, spas, and relaxed holiday vibe — all while enjoying a peaceful base away from the crowds.

The villa is just 20 minutes from Cairns City and 45 minutes from Port Douglas, putting you close to everything this region offers — from the Great Barrier Reef to lush rainforests and stunning waterfalls. Hiring a car is the best way to explore, though buses also connect you to Cairns and Port Douglas.

Please note that we provide a starter amenity kit that includes a few essentials for your convenience, but for longer stays, you may need to go shopping to re-stock.

No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors are permitted inside the property.

This property has a strict no party, no smoking, and no pet policy. Any breach will result in immediate cancellation or eviction.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM via self check-in with a key safe.

Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check outs may incur a fee. Please follow the check out instructions sent to you and make sure you are familiar with where to leave your keys.

Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time.

Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned.

Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. We are happy to provide documentation to your travel insurance company to help expedite your claim.
