Key collection for your stay is handled via our office in Bulcock Street. If you are arriving after office hours or on a weekend or public holiday, you will receive the lock box code on the day of your arrival to collect keys from our lockbox located at our office.

For bookings newly created after September 26, 2025, linen will be supplied, though guests will still need to make the beds upon arrival.

For bookings made prior to September 26, 2025, guests will need to supply their own linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers, and tea towels) or arrange for hire at an additional fee.
