Unit 24 in K.I.G Heights offers a modern interior coupled with panoramic ocean views over Kings Beach and Bribie Island. Watch the ships sail by or you might even spot a whale in the Winter time. This complex has a lift, a pool and a secure lock up garage. It is located on level 5. The unit will comfortably sleep your family of 4 in a Queen and 2 singles + there is also a Queen sofa bed in the living area for an extra 2 if needed. K.I.G Heights is approximately 600 metres to the patrolled area of Kings Beach (about a 7 minute or less walk). You are also close by to Moffat Beach (a 2 minute drive). There are plenty of places to eat and drink in Kings Beach within walking distance - The Surf Club, The Tavern + more.

A communal rooftop with 360 degree views over Caloundra & surrounds (you are welcome to take the supplied camping chairs up there to enjoy the prettiest sunsets). Please note that there are some stairs to walk up to to access the rooftop.

Please note that this property does not have air conditioning, however there are pedestal fans supplied.

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.

Linen
Bookings newly created after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee
