The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was very dirty.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Air conditioner was freezing up, therefor we had water on the floor in the bedroom and closes closet for 3 days, Ac repair was called. Dead and live roaches in all rooms, pest control was called. Plumbing in bathtub did not funktion right, plumber was not able to solve problem. Kitchen cabinets inside, windows and padio were not clean. Inside floor was not cleaned with mop for long time. We could not receive in-coming calls on house telephone. No cushions for metal chairs or doormat on padio. Refrigerator was very noisy in cooling mode. The supply of sheets and towels was adequate and clean.We knew the house is old, without washing machine and dishwasher, but we hoped to finde it in better overall condition. Still, our 4 weeks stay was pleasant and the perfect weather, beach and helpful staff from Florida Dreams Realty made up for it.
