Annual Beach Trip

This property was perfect for the annual girls beach trip I take with my sister in law and teen niece. Perfectly located to everything on Anna Marie Island and walking distance to your own slice of heaven beach. Also had our own beautiful pool to relax around. This place had everything important to us…comfortable beds, great showers, walking distance to a cure coffee store and the beach! Would definitely stay here again.

Lemon Fish

My 16-year-old son and I had a beyond wonderful experience at Lemon Fish Villa. The villa was well equipped, they provide a "starter" pack of the amenities, but it was enough to last the two of us the 5 days we were there (aside from shampoo for me). But there is a Publix and a dollar store directly behind the property (can very easily walk). So getting supplies was super easy. It is extremely close to the beach, a nice private spot but very close to Manatee Beach where you can an get food, a drink at the Tiki bar or play volleyball. Beach towels, chairs and a wagon (which we did not need but was a nice amenity for those with younger children) were all provided. The pool area was beautiful. A nice sanctuary after a day at the beach. The location is great, within walking distance to the grocery store, restaurants and of course the beach. I had once concern about our garbage disposal (making a noise like something might have been stuck in it), and I sent the management company a text and they had someone there to service it within what seemed like 15 minutes. We loved our stay, and if we returned to Anna Maria Island I would definitely stay here again!!

Great little clean quiet location

Fantastic little place with two bedrooms and bathrooms very conveniently located walking distance to the beach and dining and grocery. Pool is very warm and clean. Nice and updated everything. Only thing that could possibly make it better is a curtain (s) on the sliding door as we did use the pullout couch and it got bright early for our teenager! Highly recommend.

This place is awesome!

We will very impressed with this listing. The beach is only a 4 minute walk and it is super close to restaurants and Publix! We didn’t use our cars and loved being able to walk anywhere we needed to go. The pool was amazing for after the beach and the parking situation was amazing. Couldn’t recommend this listing more for a family or girls trip with about 6-7 people. We would 100% stay again and I have also recommended it to family/friends

Lemonfish Villa 8

We really enjoyed our stay at Lemonfish villa 8. We had a few issues with alarm & tv’s but it was quickly resolved. Loved the pool area so much fun meeting new friends & great time with the dogs it was like having your own oasis. Would definitely stay again

Good Beach Location

The property was as advertised. A very short walk to a less crowded part of Holmes Beach. The unit had all we needed for a pleasant weekend.

Beautiful, quiet, and convenient

I truly enjoyed my stay. It was very quiet and I was able to go out into the common area and read and relax. The home was clean comfortable and had everything I needed.

AMI Locals Saved The Day!

We booked another property that was managed by a completely different company. On the day of our set arrival, we received a call that our reservation had to be canceled due to an A/C issue. We scrambled and came across this property and booked instantly. The price was a little more but MUCH better amenities. Also, AMI Locals helped book us the same day so that we didn’t miss a beat as we traveled by car over 12 hours. We had such a wonderful time. A HUGE thanks to AMI Locals for saving our family vacation!

Absolute paradise and perfect accommodations

The property has gorgeous grounds and pool, comfy beds, adequately stocked kitchen, cool AC, management that cars, and is a block from a gorgeous beach and 2 blocks from a great beach bar / restaurant. Right behind publix and souviner shop. Perfect, absolutely perfect.

Deplorable Condition

Upon entering, we were greeted with a dirty toothpick at the welcome mat and a strong urine odor. The unit had been cleaned but the couches were so dirty we would not sit on them. There were multiple skid marks on the walls. The bedrooms are slightly larger than the king sized beds and are 2-4 feet apart. We called the agency and the manager was unavailable. We asked to move to a different property and we’re told none was available. We left the property. The manager didn’t have the courtesy to call us the next day. This property is nothing like the pictures. Beware.
