The host was very accommodating and helpful. House was great for our family. Hot tub, tiki hut and grill was some of our favorites. Lots of room for games and the bathrooms were amazing!

Great property! House was immaculate. Plenty of bathrooms, towels, linens for everyone. The kitchen was ideally stocked with equipment needs. Wonderful grill. Close to the beach and the Intracoastal water taxi. Would definitely stay there again, and recommend this property to friends. The only criticism I have is not being able to control the hot tub. It's on a timer, and that wasn't ideal, but as a pool owner myself, I can understand how simply someone without the proper knowledge could break the equipment or mess something up.

Big Home with thoughtful Amenities

This was a great home, we wished we had a couple more days to explore the local area restaurants and shops and spend more time at the beautiful beaches! The home had beach supplies, games, the pool and hot tub were great, there were plenty of dishes and small kitchen appliances, a nice grill. Nice property, Cant wait to come back!

Great property, walking distance to the beach

We stayed with two families. One had an 11 yo and a 14 yo. The other a 9 yo and a 14 yo. 4 adults. The property was set up great for two families. Plenty of room. Good outdoor seating. Good beach equipment provided compared to other properties we've stayed at.

Beautiful house with one unfortunate issue

The house is beautiful and completely updated. Furnishings are very nice and the rooms are spacious with two of the four bedrooms having en suite bathrooms. The pool area, with a large tiki hut sitting area, was great. The walk to the beach was easy and safe. The one unfortunate issue, which really isn’t the owner’s fault, is that all towels and wash cloths in the three bathrooms, whether folded or hanging, and all the pool towels that were folded in the pool basket by the pool door were sopping wet, so much so that the hanging towels were dripping water onto the bathroom floors. It was obvious that the cleaning service folks had washed them but hadn’t dried any of the towels at all. We completely rewashed and then dried all the towels in the entire house. A 5-star review would definitely have been given except for this very unfortunate issue.

Great place for all ages

We all loved this house, right from the grandchildren up to the grand parents. Everything worked really well for us, from the beautiful pool and hot tub/Tiki hut area to the large open living, eating, kitchen area. Great location with all thebeach gear included. Definitely recommend it for families.

This was a great place for a family break. We had two families staying and the house was broken up well for that. Only thing is that one side of the house only had showers and no tub for kiddos but they enjoyed their showers! Kitchen was great with plenty of cookware and space. The location was great! There were plenty of places to eat and walk around and beach close walk. I was able to walk for exercise and felt safe!

Gorgeous house - very short walk to beach!

The house is very comfortable and a very short walk to the beach, even with little ones. Tiki hut and pool area very nice for once you are back from the beach. TVs in every room and very nice open living/family/dining room. Owners are very responsive, we had a slight issue with the kitchen sink and owner replied in less than 5 min! I highly recommend!

Great place

Wonderful house. Outside pool area was amazing. The sun ledge on the pool was great for my grandson to sit and play. It was like having his own private kiddie pool. House had everything we needed. Five adults and an infant. We had plenty of space. We have stayed at multiple different properties and this was definitely one of the best. Beach is close by probably a 3 min walk and the house has a wagon and plenty of beach stuff to make a day at the beach easy. Would definitely come back.

Great house!

Great house! Clean upon arrival and enough space for our family of 6. The beach is only a 5 minute walk, it was so easy. A wagon, chairs, umbrella, toys and cooler were all included to use at the beach. The pool was great. The beds were so comfy. The only thing I would complain would be update the bathroom towels and include extra sets of bath towels/hand towel/washcloth in each bathroom. My boys loved the ping pong/pool table. Lots of stores/restaurants nearby. Great house and location. Would highly recommend!

We are a family of six, and found this home to be perfect for our spring break. A short walk to the beach, a beautiful pool and hot tub with plenty of seating in and out of the sun, and lovely accommodations in the home itself. This was our first visit to Pompano and we had a blast. Our host Kelly was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!

Ideal beach house

This was our 2nd year staying at Kelly's home. It has all of the amenities needed! It is a roomy house for our family of 6. Kelly was very attentive and responded to all of our questions very quickly. The location is perfect! It is a very short walk to the beach and just down the street from the Pompano Pier and restaurants. We especially love the back yard area with the pool, hot tub and hanging under the tiki hut. We looked at other houses in the area, just to mix it up, but had a hard time finding one to meet our needs. We might just return next year.... Thanks to Kelly for being a wonderful host!

Perfect Escape from Winter

This was a perfect spot for a few girlfriends to escape the winter weather, and have some bonding time. There were enough bedrooms, so that we all had our own space. Beds were comfortable. Showers were great. And the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make a picture of margaritas, and sit by the pool and hot tub. We walked everywhere we went. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance to choose from. And a free Uber service to get to shopping. Overall, this was a perfect place for our group, and we will definitely go back!

Perfect for a big group

We had such a nice stay in the house. It had everything we wanted and needed. Plenty of towels, dishes, floor mats, games and entertainment. The pool, hot tub and back patio were great. The host was quick to respond to any questions. The house is amazingly close to the beach, just a quick walk. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. We loved Bite Eatery. Would recommend it for families and groups.

Exactly what we needed!!!

Initial impression: Bright, cheery, open, airy, spacious, well appointed, peaceful. Settling in: Everyone had their own space - One room for me and hubby and one room for each of the kids. Beautiful bathrooms by the way...Nice open living area with pool and ping pong for entertainment. Good sized kitchen. Awesome outdoor space with pool, hot tub and tiki hut! Plenty of seating and loungers for all. Out & About: Quickly found a Publix a few minutes away to stock up on supplies for the week. Also a nice convenience store at the end of the street. Lots of restaurants within a 5 minute drive, and even more if you want to go 10-12 minutes out (Amy's Bakery & DUNE for dinner). Exploring: We went down to Dania Pointe for shopping, bowling and dinner one day too. Fishing charters are a good idea. There are several to choose from. The beach: Just across A1A. We rented chairs for the week and the kids went jet-skiing. Overall, this was just the perfect set up. Kelly was an amazing host. There was everything we needed in the house from umbrellas to a clothes steamer!!! I would definitely stay here again... Wendy, Steve, Ben, Addie & Grayson

Amazing beach house!

We had a great experience staying here for 7 nights. It was a mother/daughter trip of 3 moms and 4 teenagers. We loved how close it was to the beach and the pool/hot tub were so nice! The tiki hut was our favorite place to relax in the evening. It was perfect! We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the Pompano beach/Fort Lauderdale area.
