Luxury 9BD/5BA Home with Pool/Spa 181

Step into comfort in our stunning 9-bedroom, 5-bathroom home in Champions Gate.

All our bedrooms are equipped with TVs. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a full bed, along with a Jack and Jill bathroom connecting two additional bedrooms (one with a full bed and another with two twin beds). For added fun, there are two themed bedrooms featuring full/twin bunk beds (one with two sets and another with one set). Lastly, another Jack and Jill bathroom connects a queen bedroom and a full bedroom, offering both comfort and privacy for guests.

Take a dip in the private pool and spa or lounge on one of many chairs soaking up the Florida sun. Socialize or read in the lanai area, complete with a seating area and large dining table.

Please note that pool heating is available as an optional add-on for $70 per five days. Grill use is also available for an additional $29.95.

It’s important to note that while we strive to provide our guests with a comfortable and enjoyable stay, we only provide a starter pack that includes three garbage bags, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, paper towels, dish soap, and hotel-size shampoo, conditioner, and soap. We do not provide additional quantities of these items. Please note that detergent, liquid laundry soap, salt, and pepper are not provided.

This condo is pet-friendly. If you plan to bring your beloved pet, please don’t hesitate to reach out to learn more about the pet policy for this unit.

Additionally, we’ve been welcoming fantastic guests in this unit, and we look forward to hosting you as well. Please note that reservations must be made by someone who is at least 21 years old.

The reservation includes access to both the Oasis and the Retreat Club amenities. Take a dip in the lazy river, work out at the gym, or challenge your family and friends to a game in the arcade and more.

The best vacation ever!

We enjoyed our stay! It was more than enough space that we could handle lol. The location was near everything. About 30 minutes maybe 45 minutes to all the major attractions depends on traffic. I would definitely book again!

Our stay was great , a couple of things we disliked on our stay the tv in the living room never turned on, the WiFi was on and out all weekend we couldn’t really watch a movie, and there is nothing really close

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We wish you would have noted that the issue with the internet was caused by your party messing with the router cables and damaging them. The distance of things might be a matter of preference. Margaritaville resort is 10 miles away and has a selection of shopping activities and thrill rides. Fun Spot and Old Town are 12 miles away they have rides, shopping, and dining. Magic Kingdom is 15-16 miles away. Seaworld is 17-18 miles away. All of those are more attraction-based stops as far as food and grocery shopping there is a plethora of places near the location of this property 5-10 minutes away.

Family Trip

Everything in the house was great, the property is about 8 mins from the Oasis Clubhouse and you will have to go in and out multiple gates to get to the clubhouse. That is the only thing I would like to mention.

Spacious, Overall Great Stay

Overall, IHM customer service was exceptional. My questions were answered promptly and issues resolved quickly. The property itself was the ideal size for our large family. It's located relatively close to all of the attractions we wanted to visit (i.e. Disney, Universal, etc.). Close to shopping centers, grocery, and restaurants. A few outdated furnishings/fixtures but nothing that impacted our stay. Our family really enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again!

Upon arrival we noticed ants on the kitchen counter, one of the dinning chairs was broken, 3 of the televisions needed remotes and we tried to restart the televisions, The rail on the stairs was loose/broken, There were ants in the bathrooms and 2 of the bedrooms (the kid friendly bedrooms) there were ants by the pool area. The coffee pot was leaking. We noticed the door by the bathroom upstairs was off the hinges up (by the room with the 2 bunk beds). I tried to stay in touch with the property managers. They did send someone to spray for the ants and he tried to fix the televisions and chair but said he was unable to fix and would let someone know and he would send someone with more tools to assist but that never happened. Also when we called a lady kept us on the phone for a long while then said she would call me back in 10 -20 min and she never called back. We sent pictures showing them the ants and chair door and rail. Otherwise our stay was great. The beds were comfortable and the pool finally warmed up. The thing I would change would be the check in/out. A 3 o'clock check in or an 11am check out would be great. It felt a bit rushed to be out by 10. We made it work. Thank you again for the stay. I know it was the holiday time and being unreachable due to the holidays is understandable so I'm allowing some grace.

Pros: Good location, house was spacious, pool & jacuzzi, grill, easy to reach property management Cons: Have to pay to heat the jacuzzi Took forever to get towels One bedroom sheets and pillows were stained with make up WiFi wasn’t that good Overall: Whenever I had any issues I was able to call and they would come right out to fix the issue with the exception of the towel thing. However, I was given the option to purchase towels and be reimbursed if they didn’t come in time. It was family friendly house so that worked. The house looks just like the pictures.

Great trip but….

Overall we had a great trip. The house was very spacious for all couples and slots of restrooms. The only issue is that the hot tub and heated water didn’t work for 2 of our 3 nights there so we only got to use the hot tub once in 4 days. I had to call numerous times to get someone to finally come out to fix it on Day 3 of 4. Other than the hot tub and no heated water in the pool. We had a good experience, but I think we should be refunded for the heat charge.

Frustrating from beginning to end

In very beginning I was charged in correctly, still waiting for a refund. Once I arrived at house the front porch was full of trash, front door was opened, dirty floors, dirty towels thrown in closet , and dirty bedding. Wigi and TV did not work. I called several times, had trouble initially getting in contact with someone. Got in on a Mon. It was Wed before someone came out. Also prop. Manager spoke on phone with me Tuesday was suppose to come out the next morning, pro.ised to discount the rate for my troubles, have not heard from him since. Trash was finally picked up on Thur. Wifi was also turned on that day. They did give me free heat for hot tub. VrBo was no help either. I will not be going through them again

Spring Break

Property was in a nice location. We had the pool heated and it was amazing! The dryer sounded like an airplane taking off. Called property manager and said they sent someone that evening but no one was home. We stayed home that evening and no one showed. Second day the first repairman showed and said it was broke and sent someone else. Second repairmen called and said needed parts, didn’t know how long and just left. Called management and they were nice enough to send extra towels. Maybe bring a few extra because there were not enough for the large size group. Said it wouldn’t be fixed during our stay but found a part and it was fixed the next day! The refrigerator handle for the freezer was a little tricky. It wanted to slide off to the right. The house accommodated 23. If you have a large group please consider bringing extra pots, pans, crockpot. There definitely wasn’t enough cookware to cook for a large group. Beds were comfy, house was clean. Pool was wonderful. Close to Publix. Only wished there would have been a vacuum we could have used. Plenty of space. Trash is picked up daily which was a huge plus! I would definitely stay here again. Planning another visit Christmas through new Years! Management was easy to get ahold of and definitely tried their best to accommodate our needs and fixed our problem quickly. Wish we could have stayed longer than a week.

Our family get away

My family and I traveled from Texas we had 19 people the house was just as it look in the picture a lot of room, very clean. I had no problems when I called about little minor issues which were only three times. The pool was very clean. The information box that sits on the wall as you enter the front door on the right toward the kitchen helped us a lot with information such as places to go and information about the house wow! The internet was a little slow, but what do you expect in the woods it wasn't that bad. We will return in 2 years and definitely would use you all again My family and I left with a smile now back to my nurse duties this vacation was needed! Memories Pricelessimage2.jpeg

Very clean and classy

I have no complaints about the interior of this property, it's beautiful. The exterior parking is horrible though. For a 9 bedroom home, only two vehicles can park in the driveway, all other drivers had to park on the side of the road. The houses are very close so we had some people that had to park and walk a good little ways.

Wifi

No one could connect to wifi. Contacted the host by email and wall info. Only to be given the same wifi name and password, which wouldn't connect to anyone phone.. Some of the room tv wasn't connected to internet, so couldn't watch TV in their room. Other than the Wifi, everything was perfect.

Terrible property management company

We arrived at check in time property was not ready, had to wait 1 1/2 hours in the heat to get in. A few of our elderly family members got sick from the heat. Within about 15 minutes of getting in the house two chairs broke when someone sit in them. My mother ended up on the floor and hurt her back. So we inspected all chairs and found 5 more that were on the verge of breaking. The pool was green and cloudy when we arrived. The outdoor area had not been cleaned at all. We found cigarette buts, fake fingernails and fake eyelashes in and around pool area. The pool was full of other people’s hair. And we could not connect to WiFi. And this was just the most important issue. When I contacted property management the next morning we were then given the correct WiFi password but this is the only issue that was probably dealt with. I spent most of the time on the phone with the lady telling her not to hang up on me. She spent the whole phone conversation trying to get me off the phone instead of dealing with our issues. She made me so mad on the phone I literally lost my cool and I never loose my cool. She made no apologies for the late check in, I was told the condition of the furniture was the owners responsibility so they were not going to do anything, she did say she would have someone come to clean the outside pool area, they never came! And talking with these people on the phone made me so angry I decided I was not spending any more time on my vacation upset. So we cleaned the pool area, and retrieved a pool man from the house next door to help put some chemicals in the pool so we could actually swim and no get sick. I will never come to this area again. I will never rent a property managed by these people, I am aware that because of covid that companies are struggling with getting employees so the fact that we had these issues was not totally unforeseen. What was unforeseen was to total lack of disregard or concerns for our complaints. DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY OR ANY OTHER MANAGED BY THESE PEOPLE!

Dear Gleneva, we would like to offer our most sincere apology for the home not being ready in time. In our report it shows that we performed full maintence on the pool and deck area. We are sorry your stay was not as expected. We handled all your issues in a timely matter but we understand that your frustration began with your check in process.
