The location and view was amazing. The property is great and the pool and amenities were good too. The 4th bedroom is overpriced - it's just a fold-out sofa bed and the mattress is very springy and uncomfortable.

There was enough room for our group of four. There were both dead and alive cockroaches in the apartment. We couldn’t find coffee mugs then realized they were left in the dishwasher and not packed away by the cleaner. The bathroom towel rail and toilet roll holder are loose. A welcome pack would have been a nice addition, a bottle of water for each guest would go a long way to match the perception of a premium apartment.

We are sorry for the issues you experienced during your stay. During this period, Brisbane experienced unprecedented storms and unusually warm tropical weather, which can increase insect activity citywide. The property is regularly treated by professional pest controllers; however, insects can occasionally enter, particularly if the expansive riverfront balcony doors are left open to enjoy the views. Due to the ongoing treatments, any insects that do enter are expected to die inside the property shortly afterwards.
The vast majority of our guests are consistently very happy with their stays and frequently comment on the cleanliness, comfort, and quality of the apartment. That said, all feedback is taken seriously. Since your stay, housekeeping procedures have been reinforced to ensure all items are properly set out, and the minor maintenance items such as the bathroom fittings have been attended to.
We also appreciate the suggestion regarding a welcome pack and am reviewing small enhancements, such as bottled water, to further elevate the guest experience.

Great Place. We stayed for the Origin game 1 so was pretty easy to get there and back. Great views and nice to just hang out at. There are also good pubs close by and an axe throwing place that was great fun that I didn't expect. The best thing though was the communication with the leasing agents. They were extremely helpful as I was a bit unorganized due to, well, being male as my wife would put it.

Good apartment and a great location.
The property is well located, with lots of exciting shops close by, including multiple coffee shops, delis and marketplaces.
The property owner was quick to respond to any query in a friendly and approachable way.

Great views and wonderful amenities
The penthouse was lovely and views on the balcony were great. The whole place is a fantastic size and photos are true to how the penthouse is. It is only a few minutes to the bus and also only a short stroll to woollies and bottle shops. The kitchen is very well stocked with pots and pans and the ovens are truly amazing. There is coffee machines and the bedrooms are very comfortable. 2 queen beds and a king bed worked great for our family of 4. I would highly recommend this place and Hazel was quick to answer my text with all my questions. Pick this place for a stay in Brisbane.

The property was amazing, had everything you needed in a house and beautiful ambience and environment. The pool was much smaller and not heated at all. The parking was bit complicated but manageable. Brisbane - Westend Penthouse
While the location and the apartment itself were spectacular, the overall experience fell far short of expectations.- First, the positives: The apartment's location is unbeatable, and the space itself is visually stunning. The property manager was responsive and great to deal with, which was appreciated.However, there were several disappointing aspects that impacted our stay:- The TV in the master bedroom did not work.- The deck chairs were broken, limiting our ability to enjoy the outdoor space fully.- There was a bug infestation, with cockroaches everywhere. I had to spray bomb the place myself to address the issue, which was unacceptable.- We were only provided with one set of keys, and the building intercom was not working. This made it very inconvenient when family members wanted to come and go independently.- The bedding and towels were barely a step above hospital quality, which detracted from the luxury experience we expected.Overall, while the location and the apartment’s design were fantastic, these issues made for a disappointing stay. I would recommend addressing these concerns to ensure future guests have a better experience.

As you are aware, Brisbane experienced a period of unprecedented wet weather during your stay with us. This has led to bugs entering the property through all the large sliding doors that has been left opened whilst you enjoyed the outdoor spaces. Our properties are regularly professionally pest treated, so any bugs entering the property is designed to die with the chemical treatment. To further alleviate your concerns, we had contacted our pest treatment professional for another attendance on the same day you had contacted us, but you had not allowed us access to the property to provide you with any assistance.
We had also offered for our maintenance manager to immediately attend to assist you with the items you have raised, which you had also declined. Upon checking the property after your departure, there was no issues found with the items that you claimed to have had issues, so your request for a refund has been declined.
We are sorry to hear that you had not appeared to have had the wonderful experience that 99% of our guests do when they stay with us. We wish you well for your future travels.
