Die Wohnung befindet sich in gĂŒnstiger Lage zum Indooroopilly Shopping Centre, der University of Queensland und dem zentralen GeschĂ€ftsviertel von Brisbane mit einer leicht erreichbaren Bushaltestelle am Ende unserer Straße.
Sehr ruhige, belaubte Umgebung mit einer Vielzahl von Vogelarten.
Sie wohnen im Erdgeschoss einer vierköpfigen Familie (einschließlich zwei Jungen im Alter von 14 und 8 Jahren).
Unsere Hunde sind "nur draußen" - und befinden sich hinter dem Zaun, so dass sie sich nicht auf Ihren Aufenthalt auswirken.

From laundry access, to a fully stocked kitchenette, to extra linens, this was an amazing place to stay for the extended time we were there. The host is amazing and lovely. Highly recommend!

I enjoyed my stay at this ground level suite in the Indooroopilly Woods. It was quiet, clean, and nice having a kitchenette and laundry. If you like nature, good walking trails run from the property up to Mt Coot-tha Lookout and the Mt. Coot-tha Botanical Gardens. I used local buses to get into Brisbane. It's a short walk to the bus loop. On weekends, bus service is a little infrequent and I had to walk about 25 minutes to Mogill Rd. Uber downtown was about 12 AU.The hosts were friendly and helpful.

Awesome Place!

The property was very nice and additionally right next to Mt Coot-tha which is a must see with its vast amount of hiking trails and wildlife! Cara was extremely welcoming and had a plethora of knowledge about the area and advice on what to check out. Overall, an awesome place and stay!

Comfortable retreat.

Cara was an excellent hostess - she and Lucien welcomed us and were always available if we needed any help. The studio apartment was very comfortable, quiet and well located for us visiting family nearby. We would highly recommend it and hope to stay again in the future.

Great stay, great host!

Cara has put so much thought and consideration into the room! It had all the little things you may need, like a cheese grater, salt & pepper and other seasonings, a great selection of teas and coffee, a hair dryer in the bathroom
 the list goes on! We also appreciated the little book with restaurants and things to do. Cara was very kind to us as well! The only thing that would’ve made the stay better would be better access to public transport, which is not her fault. If you have a car you’ll be just fine!

Peaceful Fully Furnished Granny Suit

My stay was 3 weeks long and I feel like it became my home! Great location - beautiful residential area with colourful trees and lots of birds, it was a 5 minute walk to bus stop. Hosts were lovely and very easy to communicate with. Gave great tips/recommendations about things to do and sites to see around town. Stay was clean, with comfy bed, and all the basic necessities. Laundry was such a bonus! Would highly recommend for short to long stays as well as solo travelers who may be shy/nervous - You'll feel like you're at home!

Its a wonderful self contained room in a lovely area with considerate hosts- perfect really! Note to anyone out there worried about the lack of air conditioning- its on the ground floor and lots of shade, the room doesn't really heat up

Well equipped, clean and tidy, unit is just as pictured. Beautiful walk to bus stop or walk just a bit farther to Abode for delicious coffee and fabulous menu. Hillsdon Grocery is a must for gourmet treats and grocery essentials. Hosts were quick to respond to email communication and very hospitable. Their attention to detail in the unit and offering access to laundry were extra nice. Highly recommend this quiet neighborhood and this lovely listing.

Perfect for what I needed, a base in Brisbane before a camping trip

Totally great place. Can only fully recommend. Clean, tidy, everything you need, and little personal touches. I especailly appreciated the slient fridge and bathroom fan, often really annoying in a small space but both were not noticeable. Lovely area. Easy to walk up into Mt Cootha, and up to the top if you want, walking distance from here. Host was away herself but checked in with an email. Totally professional.

Perfect for son studying at UQ

My son stayed here for the last 2 months of his study abroad and he found this “home away from home” perfect for him. He felt comfortable and safe and had everything he needed to feel at home. The host was very helpful. It was very clean.
