Welcome to our heritage-listed Queenslander home, dating back to the 1900s, has been exquisitely restored to a high standard with luxurious touches. Spacious Two-Storey Queenslander Lifestyle:
• 5 bedrooms + kids' room and 3 bathrooms.
Ground Floor:
• Kitchenette with sink and fridge for snack preparations.
• Outdoor BBQ area.
• Bathroom with a shower.
• Bedroom with two king single beds (can combine into a king upon
request).
• Second bedroom with a plush king bed.
• Entertainment area boasting an 82-inch Smart TV, ultra-comfortable
leather sofas, and access to Netflix, Disney+, and Optus Sport.
Second Floor:
• Master bedroom with a luxurious queen bed, ensuite shower, and walk-in
wardrobe.
• Bedroom with a premium queen bed.
• Another bedroom with a trundle bed (single/double; set-up charge of
$50).
• Kids' room: filled with books, toys, board games, and a daybed (set-up
charge of $50). Note: This room doesn't have a door.
• Dining area and a fully-equipped chef's kitchen featuring stone tops,
high-quality appliances, and a Nespresso Creatista Pro with a variety of
capsules. Enjoy hot or iced coffee with our fridge's ice maker!
• Lounge with a 65-inch gallery frame super slim Smart TV and an electric

Standard check-out: Before 10am (GMT+10) BNE local time
Early check-in or late check-out arrangement should be made at least 1 day before check in, subject to availability.
Uninformed early check-in or late check-out may incur additional administrative charges.

2. Apartment Key Handling & Lock Out Fee:
All our Airbnb Listings are unique private apartment with unique keys and it is costly and time consuming to replace keys! Please look after the keys that are given to you! Guests will be responsible for key replacement cost/locksmith fee if the key is lost during their reservation.
Default Key sets provision guideline:
1 set of key for studio, one-bedroom apartment and two-bedroom apartment.
2 sets of key for 3 bedroom apartment & house.
Extra key set request should be made at least 24 hour before check in and can be arranged with a key deposit of $100/extra set. The deposit will be fully refunded upon check out once all keys returned.
Extra key set request made less than 24 hour before check in or after check in might incur delivery charges.
Extra key set request is subject to key availability.
Lockout fee during business hours on weekdays: $50, after hours or weekends: $150.
