The lakehouse/cabin was beautifully decorated, especially for the holiday! All the holiday decor made our family's pre-Christmas gathering very nice. The layout and number of beds were also amazing. The linens were a little old and could use updating, but other than that, we were very impressed!

This place will spoil you. The owner is grate. Worth the money. They didn’t hide anything. Had to move about 5 miles away to finish my contract here in AR. . Way over priced, can you believe it no ice maker.

Weston's birthday

The exterior of the house was great and close to the lake. We rode a pontoon boat on the lake. Loved the deck and patio. It was also not far from Mountain Home where my youngest daughter lives. The house was large enough to accommodate most our family. The home also was comfortable to stay in. We just loved the layout of the house. We had a small gathering to celebrate our youngest grandson's birthday.

Our stay

The house is beautiful. We had to contact the agent and ask if we could get the yard mowed, outside not kept up at all. Lots of spiders, inside and out, should be sprayed. The beds and pillows were awful. Not a one of us 7 people had a comfortable bed or good nights sleep.

Thanksgiving 2023

Good cabin. Expected it to be slightly more removed from other people, and it ended up being in a large plot sub-division type place. No fault of the listing, just the nature of it. Nearest neighborhood had conjoining back yard maybe 90 feet away. However at this season there was little to no interaction. Cabin was well stocked for cooking on site (dishes/pots&pans). Beds slept comfortably.

Somewhat disappointed

The house was beautiful but we couldn’t let our dog out in the back while enjoying the back patio or fire pit. Some of the fence was missing and the gate on the back patio was missing. The fireplace did not work as well and my family was really looking forward to enjoying some family time around the fireplace.

After reviewing your feedback with the homeowner, they would like to share the following: -At the time of your stay, the fence was still undergoing repairs from the tornado that caused a tree to fall and damage three sections of the wrought iron fencing. Due to the volume of claims resulting from the tornado, it took some time to complete the repairs; However, we are pleased to share that the repairs are now complete. -Regarding the fireplace, we recently spoke with our cleaning team, and they confirmed that the gas fireplace is now functioning perfectly. It seems the pilot light may have gone out, which would have prevented the fireplace from lighting. -Unfortunately, our cleaning and management team did not receive any communication regarding this issue. Had they been informed, they would have guided you through the process of re-lighting the pilot light. To improve the guest experience, we have since added written instructions on how to relight it. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our services for future guests.

Great location, lake view, great patio, plenty of room. Great communication, easy check in and check out, tons of parking, close to Tracy Ferry Marina and 15 min from town. Only 5 min to liquor store and main road. Extremely peaceful and quiet. Only think I would recommend is bring your own pillows - these are flat as a pancake and long overdue for replacement! No complaints from us we will be back!
