★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★ Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★ We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.
★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★ Do not smoke inside or near any entryways. Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.
★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Thank you very much for your understanding.
★ REFUND POLICY ★ No Matter which refund is listed during different times of the year, If you are booking from April through September or for major holidays, the refund policy is ALWAY STRICT, with 50% refunded if cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival and no refund if cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival. NO EXCEPTIONS
*Please park in the different gravel locations at the front and side of the property and garage, Stay off the grass!
*No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed.
*Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited.
*There is NO Smoking/Vaping of tobacco or marijuana within 25 feet of the house. If you must smoke, please do so away from the house and discard your trash. There are cigarette smoke detectors inside the house. If these show that someone in your party has been smoking in the house, you will be charged an extra $500 for the cleaning that must be done.
*No person allowed in the pool or Hot tub under the age of 14 without adult present and engaged. There are pool alarms and water watcher wrist bands, these are tools to keep everyone safe, we are not responsible for accidents or injuries.
*There are outside cameras, none are facing the hot tub to give privacy. The cameras are the ring doorbell and the ring flood light on the front of the house so we can keep an eye on the house. There is one facing the door by the kitchen and the base door to watch the different entryways into the house, again for our protection to be able to watch the house. There is one facing the pool and the fire pit, these are for insurance purposes. These are in place to help protect you and us. There are no cameras inside the house.
*Please reports any damages, breakages, or malfunctioning equipment immediately so that we may repair or replace the item. We understand that accidents happening but need to be notified.
*Please DO NOT Move furniture from one room to another to avoid any damages or breakages. The cost of any damages or breakages caused by negligence may be deducted from your security deposit.
*No Eating or drinking in the Bedrooms
*Please do not overstuff the washer/Dryer. If clothes are full of mud, please wash off outside and then place into washer. Clean out dryer lint after each load. Please reuse pool towels to decrease water usage.
*Please turn off electronics and lock all doors every time you leave the house
*Our home is appropriate for children, however, nothing is childproof. Parents must not leave children unsupervised, especially in the pool, and are fully responsible for their safety at all times. Please do not let your children or others climb the deck rails, they are not meant for that and accidents will likely happen. DO not let children in the pool unsupervised.
*Pets are NOT permitted inside the house. If you have an outside pet, you must clean up after them. If you have a service animal, you must disclose this information and you are responsible for any damages and extra cleaning needed, $100 charge. If there is evidence of a pet being inside the home that was not given permission or damage done by a pet, you will be charged extra $500 for the cleaning that will be necessary. You could also be asked to leave the premises due to breaking the rules without refund.
*Please treat our home as you would treat your own!
*NO HUNTING ON THE PROPERTY!
*We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that happen on the property. You know you are in the woods with other wildlife, please respect that. Your safety is your own responsibility. Please act accordingly.
