The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including both fresh-ground coffee . The large dining table easily accommodates your group, making shared meals enjoyable and convenient.

Sliding glass doors lead to a peaceful backyard escape. Additional House Rules

�� No Parties or Events

Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
A security camera monitors the property’s exterior.
Unauthorized guests or gatherings will result in immediate reservation cancellation without a refund.

�� Plumbing Guidelines

The home has a septic system. Please flush only toilet paper—no wipes, feminine products, or other items.
Improper use causing blockages may result in repair fees.

�� Smoking, Pets & Guests

- Smoking indoors is prohibited ($150 fine for violations).
- Pets are not allowed—no exceptions.
- Excessive or unregistered guests are not permitted. Each additional guest incurs a $50 per night charge.

�� Check-In / Check-Out

- Check-in: After 4:00 PM (self check-in via lockbox).
- Check-out: By 10:00 AM sharp.
- Late check-out without prior approval results in a $75 fee.

�� Packages & Deliveries

Please do not send or receive mail or packages to the property.

�� Noise & Community Respect

- Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM, in accordance with local ordinances.
- Maintain minimal noise levels at all times to respect neighbors.

Violations such as parties, loud noise, or community disturbances may lead to:

- Police involvement
- Reservation termination
- Forfeiture of the security deposit
- Additional penalties deducted from the security deposit

- Stolen towels: $10 each
- Smoking indoors: $150
- Lost keys: $50 (rekey fee)
- Late check-out (after 10 AM without prior approval): $75
- Excessive guests: $50 per person per night
- Excessive cleaning required: $150
- Carpet/rug stains (from shoes indoors): $10 per stain
