Check in process was a bit confusing, only because your driving straight up a mountain with multiple turns and multiple condos. The unit number was easy to find once we got on top of the mountain. However my family and I did not get a chance to stay unfortunately. When we checked in the entire unit was in disarray, the sheets on the bed were dirty from the prior guest who had slept in them. There was also soaking wet towels from the previous guest in the bath tub and showers. The floors were horrendous covered in crumbs. I had drove 4 hours with 4 small kids and we just wanted to settle in. The cleaning crew had not been there to clean the unit. I spoke with the owners who offered to reach out to the cleaners and see if they could come up the mountain and clean it, but at that point I knew it could take a couple hours and we just did not want to wait, and the reason being is... well it should of already been cleaned upon arrival. Sadly we left and found another place to go. The owner did offer me a full refund at this point and seemed very understanding, he also explained that this situation has never happened before. I honesty believe the cleaning crew just forgot to show up that day or possibly miscommunication with the company. All in all our family had a wonderful trip once we finally got to our new cleaned condo at another resort.
