Pointes North Inn ist eines von Charlevoix einzigartigen Wohnanlage mit Suiten, die wie ein Hotelzimmer buchen. Buchen Sie für die Privatsphäre der Wohnung, bleiben für die Gastfreundschaft.

Dieses 2-Zimmer-Wohnung hat ein zwei Kingsize-Betten mit einem Queen-Size-Schläfer. Sie können fast die kühle Seebrise spüren, wenn Sie diese ein von einer Art Suite eingeben.

Die Granitinsel Platte verziert mit einer Glas-Kochfeld und voller Herd in der Küche neben dem Tisch mit Platz für drei. Es gibt einen Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank, die alle eine schöne seafoam Fassade haben.

Eine Waschmaschine und Trockner sind in der Loft-Schlafzimmer befindet sich zusammen mit dem separaten begehbaren Dusche und Granit konterte Eitelkeit.

Kabel-TV ist im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer.

Die Queen-Size-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer zusammen mit einem separaten Stuhl. Aus dem Wohnzimmer ist der Fuß-out offene Terrasse mit Platz für drei.

Pointes North Inn verfügt über High-Speed-Wi-Fi im gesamten Gebäude und Münzwaschautomaten auf der zweiten Etage. Ein Fitnessraum befindet sich auf der untersten Ebene des Gebäudes komplett mit Gewicht Maschine, elliptisch, Laufband, und stationären Fahrrad entfernt. In der Lobby wird für ein kontinentales Frühstück Sitz, die den Innen- / Außenpool mit Blick auf. Der Innenteil des Pools ist ganzjährig geöffnet, während der Außenbereich von Oktober bis Mai geschlossen ist.

Don’t bother buying insurance

The insurance company outright refused to reimburse me. It’s unfortunate, because I love the hotel. But I will no longer be able to stay here.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in was a good experience.King size Bed and pillows was very comfortable. Rooms were nicely decorated. Livingroom for the two of us was very accommodating. On the downside. Bathroom tub was very slippery and there were no hand rails to hold on to. At one point I had to grab onto the curtain rod to keep from loosing my footing. Toilet needs upgrade as it’s small and lower to the floor than newer hotel installations I’ve experienced in most locations.Microwave was dirty and has to be wiped out before we could use it.Coffee maker has no complimentary coffee filters, which we found unusual.No salt or pepper shakers either. Outside deck was dirty & a filthy cleaning rag was left on one of the chairs. Wooden railing on three sides was top piece was missing and nails pointed ends were sticking out?! I couldn’t think about using the outdoor pool as the railing to hold onto going down the steps had been removed and was leaning against a wall outside the pool. Carpet in our area either needs to be replaced or a major cleaning done. I also found it unusual that the listed washer & dryer were not in the first floor but housed in the second bedroom upstairs loft area with many steps to navigate. We loved the location. We won’t be back until such time I see a listing on many improvements. Footnote in my career I’ve stayed at over 1100 Marriott properties and we belong to Marriott Vacation Club and my wife & I stay at resort villas annually. Hopefully, this property has a good makeover as we’ll be coming back once or twice a year to Charlevoix\ Petosky\ Harbor Springs area but as it is now, we wouldn’t come back to stay at this property again.

The staff is phenomenal, and made extra effort to ensure we had a good time. We did encounter a strong marijuana smell when going on our porch one evening, which was disappointing and obviously not Pointes North's fault. It occurred after the lobby was shut down for the evening.

Wonderful location and staff

The location could not be more ideal. You’re within walking distance to anything you could want downtown. The condo was set up perfectly for two couples. There’s a nice little living space and a great deck to enjoy the views of Charlevoix. The best part of the facility was the manager at the front desk who was so friendly and helpful!

Room 202 doesn’t. The decor is dated and could use a deep cleaning. Pull out sofa had no pillow cases. Patio furniture was quite dirty with soaking wet cushions. Appliances work, but again, dated and need cleaning. Also, bring coffee from home.

There were a few issues like the carpet in the kitchen living area was not very clean. The upstairs carpet needs some attention also. The unit was close to downtown area and restaurants and within walking distance to the beach.
