This three-bedroom unit features a master bedroom equipped with a king bed, ensuite including a shower, bath, toilet, and sink, alongside a second queen bedroom and a third bedroom with twin single beds.

Additionally, it offers a second bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink, as well as a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area.

Residents can enjoy amenities such as a communal pool, outdoor terrace with seating and a BBQ, and air conditioning throughout.

Access to the unit is facilitated by a lift from underground parking.

Notably, there is no Wi-Fi available in Loka Santi 10, making it an ideal retreat for disconnecting and unwinding.

It's worth mentioning that Vodafone does not have coverage in the area, and other mobile networks may have limited or patchy service in Agnes Water & 1770.

Due to the property's location amidst natural surroundings, it's possible for wildlife such as bugs, lizards, frogs, and birds to occasionally visit the verandah and garden areas.

A short walk through a communal path through the sand dunes and you are on the pristine, five kilometre Agnes Water Main Beach.

Access to the beach is an 80 meter stroll through a sand trail which leads you directly onto five kilometres of pristine surf beach.

The area has a variety of activities to suite all travellers such as paddle boarding, surfing, fishing, kayaking, 4xD trails in the National Park and snorkelling at Lady Musgrave island.

Getting Around:
We recommend guests have a vehicle to travel around the area.

There is a shuttle bus that can offer tours, pick up/drop off services from your accommodation, the train station or airport. Please get in touch for more information.

There is a tourism information centre in Agnes Water.

Nearest train stop: Miriam Vale - 50 kilometres.

Bus: Greyhound travels to the area daily.
The bus stop is at the Ampol service station in Agnes Water, approx. 5 kilometres away.
