Its proximity to the expansive five kilometre stretch of beach, as well as convenient access to the local shopping village, cafes, and bars, ensures a seamless holiday experience.
Just a brief drive away lies the historic 1770, where Queensland's legacy began with Captain Cook's arrival.
Inside Beach Karma, guests find a master bedroom featuring a king bed and ensuite, a spacious queen bedroom, and a cozy third bedroom with two single beds.
The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area is complemented by an outdoor terrace featuring seating and a BBQ for alfresco dining.
Air conditioning throughout and lift access from underground parking ensure convenience and comfort.
With no Wi-Fi available, Beach Karma encourages a digital detox, allowing guests to truly unwind amidst the tranquility.

A short walk through a communal path through the sand dunes and you are on the pristine, five kilometre Agnes Water Main Beach.

Agnes Water and 1770 are surrounded by stunning National Parks, pristine waterways and long stretches of unspoiled beaches which front onto the Coral Sea.
Along the headlands of Seventeen Seventy visitors are offered amazing panoramic views across Bustard Bay, the estuary & creeks.
We enjoy an excellent year-round climate with Queensland’s northernmost surf beach at Agnes Water for surfing and beach activities.
Along the Bay at 1770 you can walk along the parklands and enjoy kayaking, fishing and paddle boarding.
It is a short drive to the variety of cafes & boutique shops in the Agnes Water shopping Village or walk down to the beautiful Agnes Water surf beach for a leisurely day along the water.
A vibrant Sunday morning market takes place every second weekend.
Getting Around:
We recommend guests have a vehicle to travel around the area.
There is a shuttle bus that can offer tours, pick up/drop off services from your accommodation, the train station or airport. Please get in touch for more information.

Nearest airports: Gladstone and Bundaberg - 75 kilometres.
Nearest train stop: Miriam Vale - 50 kilometres.
Bus: Greyhound travels to the area daily. The bus stop is at the Ampol service station in Agnes Water, approx. 5 kilometres away.
