Spending a day at South Beach, the Inkwell or Jaws Bridge is certainly not to be missed or minimized. But with a sandy beach and beautiful water just steps away, you can add in a morning dip or an afternoon paddle to your everyday routine. House includes two stand-up paddle boards, two single and one double kayak, boogie board, towable tube, clamming rake, beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys. Additional kayaks, paddle boards, small sailboats, windsurfing are rentable—delivered to the house or across the Lagoon.
Peaceful Lagoon View! Relax on the patio with a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine. Enjoy glorious sunsets on the Lagoon with the Vineyard Sound in the distance while you listen to the sounds of the beach (seagulls and ferries) and breathe fresh sea air. Watch the local osprey and cormorants dive for meals or read a novel in the sun-filled living room or on the second story deck. The Master Bedroom faces the Lagoon, allowing you to relax in bed as you watch the morning ferry sail out of Vineyard Haven.
Main House. The main house hosts a second-story master bedroom (King) with master bath and second floor deck with spectacular views. There is a small room off the master bedroom with a daybed and armoire—perfect for a Pack-n-Play or just to spread out.
The main floor offers two additional Queen bedrooms; a second full bathroom; a chef’s kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances and gorgeous island that opens to the chic, yet comfortable great room; and a dining room with wine fridge. The main floor opens to a beautiful blue-stone patio for outdoor relaxing, grilling and dining. An outdoor shower (unenclosed) is tucked around the corner.
Guest House. A separate guest house hosts one bedroom (two twins), full bath, kitchenette and living room (with pull out sleeper-sofa), plus an enclosed, light-drenched porch.
