There is always a thorough sanitizing/cleaning between guests. Refund requests must be accompanied by a guest-initiated cancellation through the VRBO platform. Any verbal or written refund agreement made between the guest and host is contingent upon the guest completing the platform cancellation within 24 hours of the agreement. Failure to cancel within this window automatically voids the refund request. Tranquil Oasis reserves the right to retain all funds for nights held on the calendar due to a guest’s failure to cancel.
