For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets must be securely crated anytime they are left unattended in the unit. This helps prevent damage, excessive noise, or distress while you’re away.

If a pet is left uncrated and causes disturbances or damage, additional cleaning or repair fees may apply. Continued disturbances may result in a request to remove the pet from the property without refund.

Refund requests must be accompanied by a guest-initiated cancellation through the VRBO platform. Any verbal or written refund agreement made between the guest and host is contingent upon the guest completing the platform cancellation within 24 hours of the agreement. Failure to cancel within this window automatically voids the refund request. Tranquil Oasis reserves the right to retain all funds for nights held on the calendar due to a guest’s failure to cancel.
