Sasyna and I relocated back to Maine where I grew up with back in 2017 after we brought our first home in Brunswick, it's listed as Little Lincoln in our profile. We had being hosting in Shanghai, China for 8 years till 2020 we lost all the listings in China, but we were glad that we are able to provide more for our guests in Maine over the time.

We've traveled a lot of the countries, we love traveling, so we understand our guests and we are dedicated to host all the guests over the world. We renovated all our listings and Sasyna always tried to decorate the interior homy and cozy so our guests can feel more home. Most our listings have washer and dryer, if the space allows, we always try to provide more convenience for our guests.

Other than hosting, we also love our pet, we are animal lovers, you can see that we host pets. We have a really cute Shiba Inu called Woody, one of our listing's wifi name is "Woodythecutie", lol! We brought him all the way from China, we believe they are family members. This is a beautiful and stylish studio apartment with private entrance on fist floor, it comes with washer and dryer, perfect for a couple or single to have a great stay in Maine. This studio is a part of a historical brick building, one of the most unique buildings. Open layout gives plenty space for two, full motion TV makes great entertainment. It's in a nice & safe neighborhood walkable to downtown Brunswick and there is a bonus water front trail down on the road for mornings & afternoons.

Inside this home, you just feel free to have a big open space, it's comfortable for two even with a pet. Kitchen is really important to a home, so we focused a lot on the kitchen! The fridge comes with ice maker, big sink, goose head faucet, and the great white quartz counter top! We make the island extra large, so you can a lot of space and you can also have friends over for dinner!

On the outside, you have your private entrances and free parking spot. You can also enjoy a big common back yard.
