Two homes on site that are BOTH independently equipped: from washers/dryers to all essential kitchen needs! Perfect for multi-family vacations with plenty of privacy, the houses are separated by a large private saltwater pool and personal oasis. Please request approval before bookingEach home comes supplied with 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish pod, 1 trash bag per trash can in bathroom and kitchen.Things to bring: laundry detergent, extra toilet paper and paper towels, shampoo and body wash, extra trash bags, dishwasher detergent pods. Please also make sure to bring your own beach towels and beach equipment (chairs, tents, toys, coolers, umbrellas, etc.). You might also want to bring extra blankets during the cooler months as we do not provide them.Golf cart is supplied by Destin Beach Rentals. The Master Bedroom is complete with a king memory foam mattress and a new bathroom with double vanities and tub/shower combo. Bedroom #2 is complete with a king memory foam mattress and access to the second bathroom with a brand new beautiful white subway tiled shower. Bedroom #3 is adjoining bedroom #2 and has two twin built in beds with pillow top mattresses and a little reading or play nook for your little ones!
