Gory place and convenient.

It nice place for a small family or a couple. Locate on the bus route to Keystone and Breckenridge. Enjoyed our stay!

Enjoyable stay

We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect and our #1 reason for selecting the property. The space is small and could use an update but we didn’t spend much time in the room.

Good location but needs repairs

This was a good location and the jacuzzi/pool we had access to was amazing. The room itself could use some repairs though. The blinds were broken, half the lights didn’t work and the fridge made a very loud humming noise the entire night that made it difficult to sleep.

Not amazing

I feel like this is a case of a bad property management company. They forgot our keys for check in then didn’t answer when I called during biz hours. It’s listed as remodeled but it is glaring the place hasn’t been updated since like… the 60s. Communication was inefficient it felt like. Wildly over complicated address instructions and every other detail was grazed past.

You left a message for us because you couldn't find your email for check-in. We responded immediately and we're able to get you a key out of the drawer inside once we get you inside the office. Your wait time had to have been less than five minutes. The property is in great shape and gets wonderful reviews. I'm sorry that your experience wasn't what you expected, but I don't think the Review left was warranted. Hopefully we can do better for you next time. Thank you.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented the place for a longer weekend skiing at Arapahoe Basin. Very nicely located, with great amenities (heated pool, indoor and outdoor hot tub, lockers in the restrooms, sauna etc. There is a small grocery store close-by; shuttle to Keystone (if you go skiing there). We were very happy with RMSM service and communication. We arrived very late because of airport delays but somebody picked up the phone for some last-minute help. The unit has everything you need; maybe it could benefit of some small repairs and upgrades, but overall, is in good shape.

Advertising did not describe property accurately accurately

Outdated no smoke alarm windows did not open problems with hot water in the kitchen was only Luke warm. Advertisement said, renovated and recently updated. Nothing could be further from the truth. Location was convenient and property manager was very helpful- property was a dump - Not even lipstick on a pig

There is a smoke alarm! Windows are older and can be tough to open sometimes, we put graphite on them for him. The faucet at the kitchen sink spins past full hot so you do have to watch how far you turn it. All the tile floors are brand new throughout the unit, all new paint, new blind, new coach. It is priced as a more economy unit and is updated beyond the price point.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great building, location and temperature controlled parking. Bed was very comfortable and unit was quiet. Blind covering only window was broken, couldn’t raise as bracket was pulled out of drywall. Notified RMR my first day - left 5 days later and no one ever showed up to fix it. Unacceptable response from RMR. Unit maintenance fixes around window and other areas was “D” quality at best. I would not rent this unit again for my purposes.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The studio is in a great position to catch the silver line shuttle bus to the slopes. It’s near to two restaurants, the skating rink and a small shop. Another plus is the underground parking and lift to studio. In the studio itself the decor was good, the bed was comfy, the sofa was very nice as was the gas fire. The kitchen was fine as was the bathroom with plenty of clean towels. We had to switch the large fridge off because it was too noisy at night and the heat exchanger on the fridge was right next to the radiator. We could not open the blinds on the window because they didn’t fit properly and we were afraid they would fall down, but on looking at the window it obviously wasn’t fitted properly and was blocked around the edges with foam to stop the cold from coming into the studio. There was a black knob missing off the lamp near the bed by the wall so this couldn’t be switched on. We couldn’t find the plug for the sink in the kitchen. We eventually found the one for the bath after searching in the cupboard. There was lots of redundant stuff in the studio. A vacuum cleaner, an ironing board (never found an iron) a broken electric fan, an odd chair. Broken things in one of the drawers. Dirty dried flower arrangements on top of wardrobe with paint tin and pots. It’s as though the remodeling hasn’t been completed. Luckily the good parts outdid the bad and we did enjoy our stay in Keystone. Although the postal address maybe 167 Argentine Court the studio would have been more easy to find had we been told to look for 166 Argentine Court as I showed you in the photo I sent and that the building needed to be accessed through the garage.

Disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was not in great shape--paint cans in the room, a shower seat in the room, torn blinds, coffee cups in cabinet appeared unwashed, leftover coffee in coffee pot, old linen smell. Definitely not a $293/night room. It is NOT a remodeled gem--perhaps in the process of being remodeled, but the price did not reflect that.
