Close to Disney!! Family friendly!!

This property was a15-20 minutes to all Disney parks! It’s located in a gated community and we always felt safe. So many amenities my girls had a blast. The property manager was alway a phone call or text away!! Will definitely stay again!!

Clean reliable and well furnished

Everything is well maintained and spotless. Easy check in at the gate, pool was crystal clear and hot tub appreciated after a day at Disney. The second en-suite may set a new standard for my granddaughter not to share a bathroom with her brother. Too busy to get to the game room.

One of the best properties I've ever stayed at.

House was perfectly located in a very quiet neighborhood. The pool and hot tub was the main attraction for our family very clean lots of space on the pool deck. House very clean and laid out well. I can honestly say this is one time we absolutely had no complaints.

Great Location

This house was great. If we needed anything, the property manager’s response was quick. The Club house was a bonus with tennis/pickle ball court, basketball court and sand volleyball court and Tiki bar. My daughter and grandson joined us for a week and they enjoyed the pool, the air hockey game and the pool table.

Disney vacation

We really enjoyed this property! It was absolutely perfect for our Disney vacation. Location was out of the hustle and bustle of the busy parts of town but close enough that you could be there in minutes. Disney was only about a 15 minute drive and easy to get to. The pool and gaming tables were a hit with the kids and adults! Perfect size pool and it was amazing! I would highly recommend this property and we will return ourselves someday soon! A+ all the way around. Guaranteed the best deal of our whole trip!

Very nice vacation spot during COVID-19

House is exactly like in pictures. During unprecedented times we were a bit anxious about the cleanliness of the place, but we could see they had done a good job. We had minor issues that were resolved very quickly. Rebecca responded all messages within minutes. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing house!

Our trip to Kissimmee could not have went better the house is beautiful better than the pictures. I had everything we needed plus more we were at the Park's most of the time I didn't get to enjoy it as much as we'd like when we were in the house everything was perfect. My son love the pool table an air hockey and with a heated pool we were able to swim even in December! This house is highly recommended

Great property

The house was super clean! The pool and spa were great for relaxing! The house had everything we needed.The WiFi and TVs all worked great. We had a little hiccup at the community gate - but it was resolved immediately. Rebecca was very responsive. We also enjoyed the billiards and air hockey tables! The only thing I wished would have been there was an ice maker - but the grocery store was close by! Also very close to Disney (< 10 min drive) and lots of close restaurants. We would definitely book this property again!

Spring break

Great location for WDW parks but bit of drive to US/ IOA which I knew would be when booked. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Appreciated that I could bring my pet. Home adequate for our needs but could definitely use some TLC/ updating to include better bed furniture, carpet cleaning in few areas, painting, updating and cleaning garage “entertainment” area, etc. This was not the house I originally wanted. It was an alternative option due to supposed computer error/ multiple reservations. Overall place was fine but could be disappointing to other renters. We weren’t very picky.

Would absolutely stay at another property owned by Rebecca!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family. Rebecca informed us about the bed bug issue and asked us if we wanted to move properties or cancel and we chose to stay. She had receipts for everything that she had done prior to our stay. Once we arrived we found a new couch, a new carpet in the living room, new mattresses, new bedding and that it had been throughly inspected by a exterminator. Our check in was so easy and hassle free. I loved how close the house was to the parks. I definitely will be using Rebecca's services again.

Our stay was nothing less than welcoming and amazing

This home is exactly as listed. Rebecca was always available and responded to all questions very promptly. My family enjoyed the pool especially. I would suggest bringing extra towels and wash cloths. The home comes equipped with everything you need to start your stay. You will only need to go out and replenish as needed and of course bring food and any other items you may need as well. The area was quite and well maintained. Everything including Walmart and Target are close. We will definitely be visiting again.

Amazing!

Our stay was awesome! The house was beautiful and so clean. We paid extra for pool heat and it was worth every penny! It was the most relaxing part of our day. We were skeptical about paying for heat and the pool not being warm enough to enjoy but it felt like warm bath water. It was perfect. Highly recommended! The only issues we had were there were only 7 forks and 8 towels total for our party of 8! Thankfully there was a washer dryer and we made it work! I hope we can rent again!
