We had a wonderful fall weekend with our family here - house worked great for 4 grandkids under 2 and the outdoor spaces were especially nice for all of us to gather! The house was well supplied which was so helpful and appreciated. The location and proximity to town and beach was so nice!

Lovely home and perfect location

We had a wonderful stay here! The location can’t be beat and the home was perfect for our group. We especially loved that we could bring our dog and the fenced yard. The home owners were very kind and helpful. We love coming to Dewey Beach and would definitely stay here again!

Awesome Family Weekend!

Paul and Susan’s home was wonderful! This was a surprise engagement weekend where two families stayed in the house and it worked out perfectly. Tons of bedrooms, proximity to the beach was awesome and all of the common spaces in the house were wonderful and really afforded us an awesome atmosphere to hang out and enjoy time with the families. Highly recommend!

A-FRAME VACATION Dewey Beach

Awesome rental!!! The house was a 1/2 block from a great beach. We were within walking distance to restaurants and stores. Kids played mini golf a block away from the house. The house had everything we needed to cook with. Enough bedrooms and beds for the 12 of us. The house sleeps 16. There was a large porch for entertaining the grandkids and we usedit alot. There was also a outside deck above the porch. We had a great time in the house. Owners Susan and Paul were great to work with and answered any questions we had, which weren't many.

Great Location, Great House, Great Times!

The A-Frame was the perfect house in the perfect location for our friends beach reunion. The location of the house could not be more convenient; so close to the beach and so close to the starboard/the main road. The house itself was quirky and cute and perfect. It has plenty of parking space, plenty of bathrooms, and everything you could need in the kitchen. The best part was having separate spaces n the main house and the carriage house. The two kitchens were so helpful with such a large group (especially having two fridges!) and having a separate living room was perfect for a few of us to have some work related zoom calls throughout the week without being disturbed. We loved having the upstairs deck and the lower covered deck and booked this house in part because of the covered outdoor space in case of rain, but the main house living area was so spacious that we didn't feel cramped in there the one night we had a storm. The hosts were so super responsive whenever I reached out with questions and always provided really thorough answers which was so appreciated! I'm already trying to convince everyone to go back for a second trip!

Location and room for all

The A-Frame is a great place for a big extended family like ours. It was great that some of the bedrooms are located in the carriage house since that made it much quieter for those who needed an early night and an early morning. Kitchens had everything we needed for preparing a big meal. For the time of year we were there (Thanksgiving), we were all happy to be close to the beach and shops and bars.

Perfect Dewey House for Large Groups!

Not only are pets allowed but they also get to go on vacation by exploring the property without a leash. This minute detail made a world of a difference for the tenants' stay. Other rarities that blew my mind include AC controllability room to room, property owner responsiveness, cleanliness, and seclusion. The family loved being close to Starboard but not have any interference with noise at night. I have been going to Dewey Beach for over a decade and this is by far the best spot to date.

Wonderful house and location

We had a wonderful vacation at this beach block home with a lot of great amenities and convenient features. If you or anyone else is particularly allergic to dogs, you may want to avoid or ask for a deep cleaning of floors/furniture, etc. Our son had a tough time as he is pretty allergic to dog hair. Although very close to Starboard, we had no problem with noise, which was a particularly sensitive point, with 2 toddlers in our home. In general, it is a fantastic home with great common areas and everything you need for a fun family time.

Hi, like you, we have been coming to the Delaware beaches for years. We fell in love with Dewey and all it has to offer. The beaches are spacious, restaurants and bars are walkable, live music can be heard everywhere, creating a fun and lively atmosphere. We love to take advantage of the back bay area, where we can be found rowing our skulls and splashing around. When the waves are good, we can be found paddling out and hanging ten. Okay I went too far, but we love the water, the sports, and the chill factor that Dewey has to offer. Paul is a Southern California transplant and I grew up in a military family. We love adventure, entertaining, and hanging with family and friends. If you see us hanging out on the front porch, stop by and say "Hi" we love to chat and meet new people.

The Atlantic A-Frame is one of the iconic structures in Dewey. I first noticed this house in 2016 and knew one day it was going to be my home. The uniqueness of the A brings with it that 70's laidback hippie-vibe. On occasion, you catch the sound of Paul playing guitar and Susan singing along some old-time folk Mama Cass song.

This property is unique in that it is two houses in one. The front house has 5-bed rooms and sleeps 12 and the back carriage house has two bedrooms and sleeps up to 6. Both houses have a full kitchen, making it a great getaway for families and groups.

We have remodeled this home with brand new bathrooms, exterior renovation, updated decorations, and furnishings. For 2022 we have updated the upstairs ceilings and kitchen.

This house has so much charm and warmth you can just imagine yourself hanging out enjoying your life right here in Dewey.
