Great stay!

Property is in an older looking complex but unit has been nicely renovated and modernized. Super clean!! Huge pool, kayaks were fun to use on the bay, learned to play shuffleboard while we were there, and walk to the beach is not far at all. It was nice and quiet both on the bay side and the beach side. Will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

SEP VISIT

The condo was beautiful along with the complex. The sunsets on the bay were striking. A simple walk to the pool, which was clean and inviting. Also, access to the beach was great! The gulf and beach were breathtaking.

Great place!

This condo was very quiet! Tucked away on the sound. We made daily trips to Fort Pickens for beach time. Founds lots of beautiful shells! Really has more space than the pictures show. Kitchen and living area has space for the whole family!

Great location, Great Views

With the main deck and living room facing the bay, you had beautiful sunsets and ability to watch the boat traffic. Close to everything in Pensacola Beach, including the best restaurant Peg Leg Pete’s. We had the rental area to ourselves. We had access to the kayaks which was nice. The one big negative is there was no coffee pot. This is a big downer as most people love their coffee. They supplied coffee but no way to make it. We had brought our own so it worked out. The place was clean.

Good location in the bay but amenities and cleanliness lacking

- part of our group traveled over 14 hours with a 5 month old expecting to check in at 4 the first day but they were still cleaning the unit and were not out of there until almost 4:45 - the secondary bedroom floor was so covered in sand it was like a skating rink - there was no toilet paper upstairs and only 1 roll downstairs. This was not the surprise we were expecting and would have been nice to know there would not be any toilet paper, soap, trash bags or paper towels. - bathroom in the secondary bedroom was dirty. The toilet was dirty, there were stains on the shower doors. - the sheets in the secondary bedroom on the queen bed were made for a full size bed and would not stay on the bed. -The beds were very squeaky and uncomfortable in both bedrooms. - the smoke detector in the upstairs hall went off in middle of the night about the third night and we took the battery out hoping to get another - Thursday early in the morning. The secondary bedroom smoke alarm went off and would not stop. I am still deaf. It was a sealed 10 year lithium battery unit that expired in 2022. We thought we had it turned off but later that day it started again and would not stop. I finally found a pair of scissors to break the seal to make it stop. I called that day and reported. - we were hoping To ride the bikes but the tires were flat and we were going to take them to Tom Thumb to air them but there were no brakes on one of them.

Donna, We are sorry that you experienced so many issues during your stay. We strive to provide a clean and comfortable environment for our guests and if we miss the mark, we want to know so that we can make it right. We understand that it was frustrating to have to delay check-in due to the cleaners still being there only to find that the unit wasn’t properly cleaned. If you had let us know, we could have sent a new cleaner out to clean properly. We also could have brought you some toilet paper. You should have gotten an email prior to your stay letting you know that we provide starters of kitchen and bathroom essentials so you should plan to bring these items from home or purchase them once you get here. We will take a look at the smoke detectors and the bikes to make sure they are all in working order. We are truly sorry that your experience was littered with issues. Next time, please reach out to us so that we can turn your vacation around. This is not the experience we want our guests to have. We’re glad the location was good and we hope you had a safe trip home.

Relaxing get away

Very relaxing. I did enjoy sitting on the balcony, enjoying coffee in the morning. Very private compared to a hotel. Easy to get to the beach for a walk. Highly recommended, maybe because I also went on an off season, but definitely would enjoy coming back. Thank you!

Great spot!

Great apartment in a top location. Very big and clean pool. The beach is only a 5min-walk across the road away. The view from the condo and the silence of the surroundings were also a plus. The communication with the main office was easy via the app, phone, or email. We'll definitely book again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My stay was nothing less than amazing. And the staff was awesome the house was well intact and clean. Verses the Hilton property I stayed at on the gulf side for 2 nights prior to my 6 night stay here nothing could compare. I didn’t have a reservation but god allowed the property to be available for the week I needed for my son graduation. The house was fully stocked with everything I needed. I will be back to stay at there property again.

Disappointed in Pensacola Beach

Upon arrival at our condo on Sunday August 8th, the door code provided did not work. We were able to get into our unit with a master code after calling property Manager. However upon entering the unit the tile floor was chipped all over and down right dirty. When you walked on the floor without shoes your feet turned black. When it came time to pull out the sofa sleeper, there were sheets still on the bed snd they were sandy just like the floor. The entire unit is in need of a deep clean. We purchased our own cleaning supplies and cleaned the condo better then how we arrived. The disposal also never worked the entire time. We again called the office and they sent out a maintenance man two days later. The guy informed us it was a new disposal and the seal was too tight, but it we held down a flap then good could get down into it. We scrapped our plates everyday into the trash can. I will say the units view of the bay was beautiful. The unit was not worth the $. I was charged a cleaning fee and a Covid cleaning fee. I should send the owner my cleaning fee. There was no mention of refunding us for the cleaning fee, which is poor service in my opinion. The property manager sent back out a cleaning lady that did apologize to us, which was nice but it still puts a bad taste in your mouth when this is what you walk into upon arriving. We have been renting units in Santa Rosa Dunes for years and never experienced anything like this. This was a family vacation with my elderly parents and our first day consisted of cleaning and making phone calls for issues. We made a memory for sure.

Great location, beautiful view, a few minor complaints.

The property was updated well with a very large kitchen island. The floor plan was great for our big family of 7 and it was awesome having 3 bathrooms. The pool is very nice and the location was in very close proximity to the beach. Beautiful! My hesitancies in returning: 1. The neighbors were less than warm and welcoming. They were clearly frustrated with people renting out the unit. It was awkward at times. We went to use a hose underneath the unit that we thought was common for the complex. They sternly told us to stop using it, because it was private property. We truly didn't know, as it was unmarked for one particular unit. We happily obliged, but were met the rest of the visit with suspicious looks. 2. We were woken on the first morning the roof being torn out and replaced. We understand that work has to be done from time to time! However, no one told us prior to booking, even the day we arrived. No one offered any apology/compensation for the very early and loud wakeup call. We made plans be elsewhere that day due to the construction noise. Obviously, this is disappointing since we were paying for a few precious days at the beach. 3. The unit is well decorated and furnished. However, it really needs a few good lamps! Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We loved this place! The description is accurate. It's spacious, with a lovely balcony. We loved the nearby pool! The location was wonderful- pool, beautiful beach, quiet area. It was a quick ride to the main part of Pensacola and to downtown. We would stay here again

Family Vacay

We had a great experience here. They were prompt with any issues we had and fit our family of 6 well. They were doing construction from the Hurricane which at times was in the way, but the workers were accommodating and kind. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay.

Great location. Wonderful condo. Would definitely stay again! Beautiful view on the patio!! Everything from reservation, arriving and leaving was a very smooth easy process! Condo was very clean and spacious.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean and attractive and provided easy access to the Gulf-side beach.
