Pensacola Beach Waterfront Condo with Relaxing View. Family Friendly!

Directly on the bay, this updated Santa Rosa Dunes condo does not disappoint!

The building is the closest to the water and the amazing unobstructed views of the sound is enough to make your stay a memorable experience. The private balcony will give you the peace and quiet needed to enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. The fishing pier is feet away from the balcony and we hope that you'll enjoy it as much as we do.

The master bedroom has direct stunning views of the water. There's a king bed and the new mattress topper will give you restful nights. It also has its private bathroom.
In the second bedroom, a bunk bed with new mattresses was recently added to provide more room for bigger families. We understand; we have five children of our own! It has its private bathroom as well.

Unlike most condos around, this family-friendly condo has no other units above or below. Calm and peaceful!

There's no doubt that you will appreciate the Olympic size pool that the complex offers. The club house comes in handy for small gatherings or to cool off during hot summer days. There's also a tennis court to keep you in good shape :) !

Pensacola Beach has a lot to offer and you'll find an abundance of well rated restaurants. If you have to pick one, Peg Leg Pete's Resto/Bar is a must! It is located right on the bay, the food is amazing, there's a sand play area AND it's a 2 minute walk from the condo. Win-Win!

A short 4 minute walk will take you to the beach. If needed, we have beach chairs and beach towels for you to use to keep things easy. If your kids are anything like ours, they will bring more toys than they can handle, but if not, we've got you covered. Beach toys, board games, wooden blocks and books will keep them busy and happy.

Previously owned by a property manager for the past few years, this condo has always gotten great reviews. We recently decided to take it upon ourselves to make it an even better experience for our guests.

Our #1 goal is to make your stay convenient, comfortable and cozy. We believe that our fully equipped kitchen, welcome snacks, coffee area and cold water will set you up to a good start!

Great family vacation spot!

This place was perfect for our family of 4! The kids had everything they wanted and needed and all the details were noticed! Great location as well and the huge pool was a hit. We love Pensacola and will definitely look for this listing again in the future!

Felt like home

The entire condo was beautifully decorated, cleaned immaculately, and provided with multiple extra amenities to add an extra level of comfort. The vicinity to the beach allowed for easy access and use of the strip along the coast. Our stay was short and busy with events, but knowing the condo would provide a relaxing stay was a blessing. We were also able to use the community center located on the campus, which has many great activities for the family.

Very pleased!

Ellie was amazing! She has great communication & quick to respond! There was an issue with the app but she still found a way to reach out so I knew she wasn’t ignoring me. We appreciated that there were chairs/umbrella available bc they were needed at the beach! Ty for also having boogie boards & fishing stuff available. It was the perfect amount of space & very close to the beach! The view is beautiful as well!

Family vacay!

We’ve stayed in several units here and this one was amazing! Super clean, cute , and stocked with everything we needed. Lots of extras that many units don’t offer (beach toys, towels, cooler, beach chairs ect) Host was super helpful and friendly. Would definitely book again!

Perfect for chilling or playing!

Just as described. Very clean, great location, great patio. Everything was comfortable and it’s evident the host puts a lot of thought into making her guests stay as enjoyable as possible. Loved the pier right outside the unit. Enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying again.

A really nice, calm place at Pensacola Beach

This property was exactly what we were looking for in Pensacola Beach. Very close to the beach, but still offering privacy on the cove side. The fishing pier and giant swimming pool were really nice amenities. Communication with the host, check-in, and everything else could not have been easier. The rental was very clean with great decor. The view out to the cove was excellent. And it was really nice having the bedrooms upstairs. We would absolutely stay here again when we are next in Pensacola Beach.

Great house with everything a family could need

We have stayed in several Santa Rosa Dunes properties, this was one of the best! Communication with the owner was a breeze and the unit had all of the necessities. I personally loved the XL extended porch that looks over the bay. The photos look exactly like the unit in real life. It's an easy walk across the street to the beach, but we prefer to load up the trunk, make the very short drive across the street, then unload at the crossover. We have 3 teens and a lot of gear. There were chairs, coolers and an umbrella for guest use. We love to walk to PegLeg Petes. The secret is to send someone to put your name in around 5-5:30 while everyone is finishing up getting ready. The wait is generally 45 minutes around that time. You will get a text, walk over when there are 5 parties ahead of you, grab a drink downstairs and your table will be ready within minutes. We also loved a morning walk to Bear Bowls and Coffee near the Pier. Ask for a sample of the different base flavors, I'm craving one now! We will be back! Thanks for letting us stay!

Worth Every Penny!!

We stayed here from March 27th through March 31st. We have four kids that range in age from 13 to 20. We travel a good deal and this one of the nicest places we have ever been too. Our stay was absolutely amazing! Our very generous host left us an amazing gift basket of treats for the kids to use. Pensacola Beach is 4-5 min walk. This house has everything you could ever need, especially if you have kids. She has a whole closest full of beach towels, games, a cooler, toys, beach chairs, fishing poles, boogie boards, etc. This place is immaculate and I never saw one bug. :) Fyi...There are a set of stairs you have to climb to get into the condo and another set of small stairs to get up to the two bedrooms. I love the layout because the kids were able to stay up and watch movies downstairs and we went upstairs when it was time for bed. Guess what? If you have your window open in the master bedroom, you can hear the sound of the waves as you sleep, which I love to hear! We only had one night that we were woken up from a garbage man that came really early and some rude duck was quacking out side our window. lol The kids loved the tennis courts and the pool as well. Only wish the pool would have been heated while we were there. Also, It would be nice if the clubhouse had tennis/pickleball rackets/balls for people to rent/use. It is so quiet/peaceful and was exactly what we needed! We are retired military and love to support our fellow vets! Thank you AGAIN!!

This is an exceptional place to stay! The condo was spotless, beautifully furnished, and incredibly comfortable, offering both privacy and a fantastic location. The Wi-Fi and televisions worked seamlessly throughout our stay. It’s clear the host has put a great deal of thought into every detail, providing everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and enjoyable visit. Just steps away, there’s a charming private pier that adds to the overall experience. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better getaway.
