Es ist Zeit für einen Kurzurlaub an unserem Strand 2 Schlafzimmer | Apartment mit 2 Bädern in der 11. Etage des Phoenix VI-Gebäudes in Orange Beach, Alabama. Diese schöne Wohnung wurde über den Winter mit allen Zimmern neu gestrichen, neue Kunstwerke und Möbel, neue Matratzen und Bettdecken aufgewertet. Das Hotel liegt auf der Hauptebene und verf��gt über einen privaten Balkon mit Blick auf den Golf von Mexiko. Von hier aus haben Sie einen hervorragenden Blick auf die Boote, die den Pass verlassen und betreten. Beobachten Sie die Delfine bei ihren täglichen Runden. Genießen Sie unser sauberes, blaues Wasser und weißen Sandstrand, so weit Sie sehen können!

Der Wohnbereich verfügt über ein Schlafsofa und Stühle, während der Essbereich einen neuen Esstisch mit Stühlen bietet. Und natürlich haben wir einen Flachbildfernseher im Wohnbereich für Ihr Vergnügen.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer:
Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit Flachbildfernseher, Deckenventilator, Leselampen, Schrank, Bügeleisen und -brett sowie einen eigenen Eingang zum Balkon. Das private Master-Badezimmer ist mit weichen Handtüchern, Fön und großer Dusche ausgestattet.

Dieses Schlafzimmer verfügt über 2 große Betten mit einem Flachbild-TV, einem Deckenventilator, einer Leselampe und einem großen Kleiderschrank. Das eigene Badezimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne und eine Dusche.

Wir haben natürlich eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit allen Notwendigkeiten wie Toaster, Mikrowelle, Mixer, Mixer, reichlichen Tellern, Gläsern, Wein- und Biergläsern und Küchenutensilien. Bereiten Sie Ihren Morgenkaffee mit unserer Kaffeemaschine zu oder gehen Sie nach unten in die Lobby, um sich jeden Morgen Ihren Kaffee zubereiten zu lassen. Wir haben auch eine Waschmaschine und Trockner in der Wohnung, so dass Sie nicht Ihre ganze Garderobe mitbringen müssen.

Its like walking into the 1970's....it looks as though nothing has been updated. The HVAC looked like it had a quilt of dust on it, was dated 7/9/25.Also a few roaches.All the beds squeak, no hot water at master sink

I would have appreciated a little bit more strictness with the property here. There was weeding being smoked and joints rolled openingly that caught everyone’s attention (& gag reflex) as they walked by. Condo was very nice and clean. Our coffee machine was broke and communication with the staff was easy and we had a new one that replaced it within an hour! Enjoyed my time here & id stay again!

The unit itself was a great setup with plenty of room, amenities, and great beach access. The cleanliness of the property left much to be desired when considering the amount of fees we had to pay. Some of the cleaning fees should have been used on the dishes, couch, and couch cushions. The beds were also not very comfortable for the amount of fees and total money spent.

This unit really could use a facelift. Very outdated and a little rough looking. Ok for the small amount of time we spent inside. Master bed is terrible and very hard, you can tell the 2 beds in second bedroom are old as well. Great location, short walk to beach and pool. Not sure if I would book this one again but ok for a short little trip. Cleaning lady arrived to clean the unit 15 minutes before check out.

Unit not worth the rate

Condo unit is outdated. Master bath couldn’t be used due to it leaking into the unit below for part of our stay. Laundry closet is gross. All mattresses were old and uncomfortable. We stay in a condo every year in this area and this unit was not worth the money spent.

After reviewing your reservation, when the bathroom leak was reported the Maintenance Team sent a plumber out there immediately and fixed the issue on the same day and were please to have the bathroom functional for your stay. We apologize that the laundry closet had not been cleaned thoroughly. This is certainly not up to standard for our condos and this detail has been reported to the Housekeeping Team. You, also, mentioned the mattresses. While we have not heard any complaints regarding the mattresses before now, it’s important to remember that mattress is very much a matter of personal preference and one size does not fit all. If you’d like to give us another try in the future, please contact us directly and we can try to offer you a discount for your next stay. We’d love another opportunity to impress you.

Needs an update

Unit is in good location. Noise is an issue due to the pool. People were at the pool until after midnight and were loud! The unit needs updating. We didn’t have enough towels. I called the management company and spoke to a representative about the issue but never received more towels or a call back. Furniture is old and is stained from use. Mattress in primary bedroom needs to be replaced . Will not book unit again.

Beach Getaways has no authority over the amenities at the property. Towel service is not an amenity offered as there is a washer and dryer in each condo to refresh any laundry. We have alerted our Property Care Team to inspect the mattress and furniture in this condo. Mattresses are very much a matter of personal preference and one size does not fit all. Terrible bed- Great Location. Our backs hurt

Let me start with the positive. The location of the property is great! You are close to everything! Don’t have to drive too far for anything really! There is an additional $55 dollar parking fee for the time of your stay, so just wanna put that out there. The condo is nice gives you a cozy feeling. THE BED in the Master bedroom is horrible!!! If you have back problems or don’t like hard mattresses don’t go here! The water pressure is also super strong! Feels like you are taking a shower with a mini-pressure washer. Lol horrible. Overall, I would not stay here again because of the bed! We were exhausted everyday from vacay activities and still had a hard time resting, turning all night. It truly messed up our vacation because we weren’t able to get proper rest. Hope this helps someone out there.

“Upgrade” title is misleading. Looked for a different place!

I guess you have to take what you can get when you book a condo two weeks before your trip. This condo NEEDS a lot more upgrades to advertise itself as upgraded. If you are looking for something that feels clean, cozy, and calming this is NOT your condo. The only upgrades to this condo are some “newer” living room furniture and a coffee pot. Even at that, the upgraded pillows on the couch are stained all over the back. The beds!!! Please upgrade your beds. For the price of this condo it needs beds that don’t squeal and squeak with every movement. One of the beds in the front bedroom sounds as if it’s going to break with any movement. My 15 year old daughter was the only one that slept in it so it wasn’t a weight issue. The bed is terrible. Pretty sure both beds are quite old. The master bedroom bed also squeaks when you first lay down. Extra pillows in the closet have stained pillow cases. Not exactly what you want to lay your head on. The master bath shower and sink were super slow to drain, which is gross. The balcony floor is so dirty. Needs a good power washing. This is a smoke free unit which was nice, but when you have neighbors beside you and above you Not observing the no smoking on balcony policy it’s super frustrating! Oh, and one of the balcony chair seats is broke. Had to use a kitchen chair so we all four could sit outside. The baseboards need cleaning and a good paint job. The oven mit provided for cooking is disgusting and needs more padding. I couldn’t hardly get a hot tray out of the oven without burning my fingers. The paper towel holder won’t hold paper towels. Some of the kitchen utensils need to be replaced. It would be nice to have more than one kitchen towel for your stay. The floors need an overhaul on cleaning. They just feel and look gross. Under the beds hasn’t been dust mopped in forever. We found packages of ear swabs under the bed while we were looking for something. Overall, this codo needs an overhaul. So much more needs to be updated for the price. Cleaning service needs to be a thousands times better. I would not stay in this condo again m, not the Phoenix VI. Not specifically related to this unit itself was just the noisy vibe. People yelling from balconies, loud music playing at the pool from other guest, the smell of the elevators, just to name a few.

This is certainly not in line with our housekeeping standards, and we wish we had known during your stay so we could have a member of our Quality Assurance Team come back to your unit. When multiple minor issues are not reported to us, we cannot offer a solution 3 weeks following your stay. We alerted our Property Care Team about the minor maintenance issues you've since reported to make sure each one has been addressed and resolved. While we haven’t had any other reports on the beds at this unit, we have notified the Property Care team to this detail as well. We are thankful to hear of the issues at the end of the day because this is what keeps our condos up to date and in great condition for future guests! Beautiful condo

The condo was well maintained and very clean. The check in process was easy but check out at 10:00 am is a little early because check in isn’t until 3:00.

Location was perfect.

Directly on beach with easy access. Loved waking up every morning sitting on our balcony watching the sun come up.

Great property, great location!

Great place! My only complaint is the bedding needed to be washed. The bed skirts were stained and dirty.

Not again

The condo itself needs some better cleaning. There was a nasty Q-tip under the master bath counter. Ransoms hairs left in the bathrooms. The shower liners had mildew on them. The couch cushions were stained. The master bath door is super squeaky and loud. The washer sounds like it’s about dead. The amenities were great! The pool and beach areas were fantastic. I would stay at this location again just not in this specific condo.
