In diesem komplett eingerichteten Haus mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 4 Bädern im schönen SW Cape Coral werden die Gäste einen unvergesslichen Urlaub verbringen! Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, das zweite Hauptschlafzimmer über ein Kingsize-Bett, während die beiden übrigen Zimmer mit Queensize-Betten ausgestattet sind und bequem Platz für 8 Personen bieten. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und bereit, Ihre Lieblingsgerichte zuzubereiten. In der Nähe des Strandes und am Kanal können die Gäste einen Nachmittag am Pool verbringen, am Wasser spazieren gehen oder ihre Lieblings-Wasseraktivität ausüben. Es gibt 3 Flachbildfernseher mit DVD-Player im Haus, Strandtücher und Stühle sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Fahrräder können in der Garage abgestellt werden! Zwei neue Kajaks stehen für Sie bereit, um die Kanäle zu erkunden. Der beheizte Pool hat eine negative Kante mit Blick auf den Kanal, ideal zum Entspannen und Aufladen!

Super special stay

We were three couples that were high school classmates many, many years ago. We had an awesome time. This home is beautiful and is stocked with whatever you might think you would need during your stay. The pool and lanai area is where we spent most of our time. Would love to visit again!

This was one of the nicest properties we’ve stayed in. Spacious home beautiful pool and the location was spot on. Would definitely book again if we decide to come back to Cape Coral next year. Communication with Lynne was effortless.

Wonderful Thanksgiving

We had a wonderful thanksgiving week with family. This home is beautiful. We had such a great time enjoying the pool and canal. We will be back again next year for another terrific stay!! Everything inside and out was as expected. The owner checked in frequently and was so nice. The home was very clean and had everything necessary for a great stay!

Best FL House!!

We were so happy with this home. It was so spacious and everyone had their own space especially with the 8 of us. It was extremely clean and well kept. The house is set up so well for the perfect vacation. The landscaping of the house is gorgeous! Absolutely Wonderful!

Lynne and Dan's place is a beautiful space to relax and recharge. We had everything we could possibly need! Great layout of rooms; cooking, dining, and lounging both inside and outside; and a lovely infinity pool in which to float around and enjoy the scenery. This was such a delightful VRBO stay we wished we didn't have to leave! But it's only fair to let others enjoy this gorgeous home. 🙂 Thanks so much, Lynne and Dan! We hope to make it back sometime!

Absolutely everything!

This property has absolutely everything you need to make a vacation in Cape Coral enjoyable! The house was stocked with basics for the kitchen, bath and bedrooms as well as outdoor fun . . . bicycles, pool toys, fishing gear, kayaks and beach gear. Communmication with Lynne was top notch! The house was clean and perfect for privacy when needed and great for gatherings when desired! Thank you, Dan & Lynne!

Great family fun!

Lynne’s attention to detail and helpfulness took any apprehension we had as first time VRBO customers. We loved the layout of Lynne’s home. YES! The pool was a huge win, with great seating. The beach towels, bikes, kayak’s, beach umbrella, pack-n-plays, infant seat made that much less we had to bring. We spent a majority of the week just hanging out there, it was just that comfortable! Our family voted all thumbs up to book for next year...so we did!

We currently live in Michigan and have lived there all our lives. We bought this home in Cape Coral for many reasons, but most of all because of the beautiful weather, water and boating/fishing. We have always loved Florida and it is our dream to someday retire there. We are not living that dream yet, but visit there often and love it so much we want to offer our home to others to love as much as we do!
