Dieses einstöckige Haus mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 3 Badezimmern befindet sich im Highgate Park im Legacy Park, 20 Minuten von Disney entfernt. Das Haus ist komplett neu mit Möbeln !!! Das geräumige Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein neues Schlafsofa und einen Liebessitz sowie einen großen Flachbildfernseher. Es ist mit dem formellen Essbereich verbunden, der über einen schönen Esstisch und Platz für vier Personen verfügt. Die große, voll ausgestattete Küche ist eine moderne Küche mit Granitoberflächen und bietet alles, was Sie für die Zubereitung einer Mahlzeit benötigen. Die große Insel bietet viel Platz für eine schnelle Mahlzeit oder sogar einen Frühstücksbereich mit vier Barhockern.

 Nun zu den Schlafzimmern. Das erste Schlafzimmer ist ein großes Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett und einem eigenen Bad. Dieses Zimmer hat auch einen schönen Eingang zur Scheunentür zum großen Hauptbadezimmer. Es gibt einen Massagestuhl zum Entspannen, wenn Sie erschöpft sind, den ganzen Tag in den Parks spazieren zu gehen. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Queen-Size-Schlafzimmer und das dritte und vierte Schlafzimmer haben beide zwei Einzelbetten - perfekt für Kinder. Genießen Sie eine Partie Billard oder möchten Sie sich auf dem Fahrrad bewegen?  Lust auf Abkühlung am Pool? Es gibt einen entspannenden Außenbereich mit privatem Pool und Spa. Hier können Sie sich auf den Sonnenliegen rund um den Pool sonnen. Oder Sie können unter der überdachten Veranda entspannen, auf der sich Gartenmöbel und Fernseher befinden.

Der Highgate Park of Legacy Park ist eine prestigeträchtige Wohnanlage in ruhiger Lage inmitten einer wunderschönen Hügellandschaft mit einer Fülle von Kiefern und Orangenhainen, die zur natürlichen Schönheit der Gegend mit Kinderspielplatz und Tennisplätzen beitragen.

Für die Poolheizung wird eine zusätzliche Gebühr von 30 USD pro Tag / mindestens 3 aufeinanderfolgende Tage erhoben



Für alle Reservierungen benötigen wir einen unterschriebenen Mietvertrag, eine Kopie des Lichtbildausweises und den Abschluss einer Schadensschutzversicherung in Höhe von 59 USD.



Der Check-out erfolgt um 10 Uhr SHARP, sofern dies nicht zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung vereinbart wurde. Alles, was danach kommt, wird eine Gebühr von 50 US-Dollar verlangen.

Absolutely beautiful villa, couldn't be cleaner. Everything exactly as described. Massage chair is brilliant, definitely buying one of these! Great location and very friendly neighbours especially the ones next door with the two beautiful dogs. One night I accidentally left the car lights on and a neighbour walking by rang the door bell to tell us, that was kind of them. Icing on the cake is the TV outside, I don't know why more villas haven't got this, it was great to relax after a day out with a glass of wine watching a movie. Definitely recommend this villa and looking forward to staying here again

Great Stay

Great Villa and perfectly described in listing. Communication with property management was excellent throughout and sorted minor issue with the pool spa quickly during our visit. Community that the villa is in is gated and quiet and not too far from the Disney parks. Would definitely recommend.

Only thing I would say or suggest is to make it even better is to add 3 little tvs in the extra rooms.. and don’t think the dishwasher was working, but we washed dishes, so that was no problem…. We really enjoyed our stay…

Amazing stay!

I can't say enough good things about our stay here! Shawna was awesome and very responsive. The house was very clean when we arrived and smelled good. The pool was amazing and was nice to take a dip at the end of a hot day. Being in a gated community made the neighborhood feel quiet and safe. We will definitely look to stay here if we are ever in Orlando again.

Our stay was great! We enjoyed the pool each day! We loved having our own private bedrooms and bathrooms. We did have small issues such as a closet door knob falling off, blinds falling down that were taped up in the bedroom and living room and the bypass alarm that went off anytime we opened the back sliding door. We have stayed in Florida before and did not have to keep pressing the button. Other than that, this house is perfect in many ways and we would rent it again!

We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay. We didn't know anything about the door knob in the closet as we would have addressed it when you were there. The pool alarm is something that is a florida code rule with any pool home so I am sorry that it was a small inconvenience. Safety is our concern. Home away from home

I would definitely stay again. House was beautiful, and cozy. The house had up to date decor. The pool and jacuzzi was great. So many things to do even if you didn't have plans to go out of the house. Vary safe with all the safety equipment in the home. I gave it a 4 because of very small things, the light in Master bedroom needed a new light bulb because light didn't work. It wasn't a big deal for us but for some it may be.

Close to Disney

This was our first time staying at this rental property. The location provided a quick ride to the grocery store and Disney. The property manager was attentive and quick when responding to issues with the property. The dishwasher was broken upon arrival and was fixed the day before we left. The property otherwise was as advertised.

The house was very nice. I just wished basic cleaning supplies were provided especially when asked to before leaving bleach the sheets. Which I do not mind doing. However, the last thing I wanted to do on my vacation is go out and get cleaning supplies that I will not use all of. Overall the house is absolutely beautiful and clean. My family of 4 would stay again.

As we do strive for excellence in making sure that our guests are satisfied and that our homes are in perfect condition. As we do want to thank you again for taking great care of the home, but we do want to let you know that we do ask you to wash the white linens in bleach as you are not required. You are in a private home in which we do take pride in our homes, so we do like to keep our homes kept well and helping out with starting a load of laundry does help when upcoming guests for the same day of arrival. We are forever grateful that you took pride in making sure everything was clean and taking care of the home as your own. We look forward to having you back again in the near future.

Very nice house

The communication was awesome. The house was beautiful and the pool was awesome. We paid extra to heat the pool and they did not disappoint in that. We had a couple of minor problems one being the alarm system was not working and the air conditioning was locked at a temperature that was warmer than what we like. The property manager responded quickly and tried to figure out alarm system and the air conditioning that was set Warmer than we liked was in the information when we booked I just overlooked it on my end.

Winter Getaway

House is in a gated community in Davenport, along Hwy 27. Plan for at least 30 minutes to get to WDW parks. House was clean and neat. The furniture on the lanai had been updated from website; has a nice table and 6 chairs instead of a couch. Property manager communicated via email. Shauna was very pleasant. We had an issue with the alarm system when we arrived at the house but Shauna handled it quickly. Unfortunately the pool heat was not on as we’d been told. In fact the water was not running and the spa jets would not turn on. This was reported right away and Shauna tried to problem solve but when nothing worked she would send out the pool technician the next day. Since we were escaping the north winter weather we were disappointed to have a cold pool. It was frustrating to have no updates about the status of the pool heat without having to make a follow up phone call. Shawna reported she had stopped by but thought everything was working. She didn’t communicate she was there and we didn’t see her even tho we were enjoying the nice weather on the lanai. Once the pool tech arrived about 3 that afternoon, he fixed the problem in about 10 minutes but of course it takes a while to warm up a cold pool. Thankfully we were able to enjoy the pool and hot tub after the first couple days.

As we were sorry there was an issue with the filter system as the heat was on as it had been on as we explained to you when we spoke with your husband on the phone. We do try to get all issues resolved ASAP so all customers can enjoy their time, and everyone is happy. We were glad to get the issue resolved quickly so you could enjoy the pool.
