Profitieren Sie von spezieller Strandausrüstung und Fahrradguthaben! Dieses Ferienhaus am Meer auf Kiawah Island in der 1120 Duneside Road bietet 3 Etagen Wohnfläche, Meerblick, direkten Zugang zur Strandpromenade und exklusiven Zugang zum Gemeinschaftspool.

Bitte beachten Sie: Die Küche und alle Badezimmer werden derzeit komplett renoviert. Diese Arbeiten sollen bis zum Frühsommer 2020 durchgeführt werden. Neue Fotos werden hochgeladen, sobald die Arbeit abgeschlossen ist. Die Angaben zur Bettwäsche sind zutreffend, da die Möbel vor kurzem im Jahr 2019 gekauft wurden.

Im ersten Stock befinden sich drei Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer. Das erste Schlafzimmer befindet sich am Eingang der Villa und bietet zwei Einzelbetten, einen Flachbild-TV und ein eigenes Bad. Die beiden hinteren Schlafzimmer haben Zugang zum Oceanview Deck im ersten Stock mit direktem Zugang zur Strandpromenade. Ein Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, einen Flachbild-TV und ein eigenes Bad. Die Master Suite verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen Flachbild-TV und ein eigenes Bad.

Steigen Sie die Stufen zum zweiten Stock hinauf und genießen Sie die Aussicht auf das Meer. Das Wohnzimmer bietet bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten, einen großen wandmontierten Flachbild-TV und Zugang zur hinteren Terrasse mit Meerblick. Die offene Küche ist komplett für die Zubereitung Ihrer Urlaubsgerichte ausgestattet und bietet Granitarbeitsplatten, viel Stauraum, einen Essbereich und Barhocker. Angrenzend an die Küche befindet sich das Esszimmer mit Zugang zur abgeschirmten Veranda und dem Achterdeck. Steige die Stufen hinauf, um das vierte und letzte Schlafzimmer zu erreichen. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten, einen Flachbild-TV und ein eigenes Bad.

Die Villa ist mit Waschmaschine, Trockner und Highspeed-WLAN ausgestattet. Nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von der Villa entfernt befindet sich der Gemeinschaftspool Duneside. Der Gemeinschaftspool ist ungefähr 55 Fuß x 20 Fuß groß.

Bei einer Buchung von 3 bis 21 Nächten erhalten Sie eine wertvolle Gutschrift für die Anmietung von Strandausrüstung während Ihres Aufenthalts! Der Kreditbetrag für diese Eigenschaft ist 250 $. Sie können Ihr Guthaben für Fahrräder, Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme, Strandkarren und mehr verwenden - Sie haben die Wahl!

Während Ihres Aufenthalts auf Kiawah Island können Sie auf 50 km flachen Radwegen Golf spielen, auf einem der fünf Weltklasse-Golfplätze spielen, Tennis spielen, Krabben fahren, angeln, schwimmen und Boot fahren. Viele Familien genießen auch das Kindercamp und die Naturprogramme im Night Heron Park.

The rental was just as described in the listing, right on the beach, well appointed clean, etc. The neighborhood was quiet and great for relaxation. Communication from the owner was very helpful in obtaining a gate pass and other information about the island. We are fortunate to have great weather and an overall great vacation. To be honest, it was one of the best appointed kitchens in terms of pots and pans as well as other cookware. Small thing but nice.

First thought on walking in - this is a dream home. It was perfectly spotless. The photos online didn’t do it justice. Truly beautiful. Great ocean view. Very walkable. Great location to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Right next to the beach, very easy walk. Would gladly stay again.

When we arrived at the location the temperature was 80 degrees. I spent close to an hour restarting the AC unit and flipping switches trying to restart the unit. The AC guy showed up the next morning telling me the problem had already been called in. You would think management would tell you the AC is out on the main level of the house where the family spends most of the time together?

Spring break

The location was excellent. Right on the beach, short boardwalk walk over dunes to the beach. Great ocean views from upper deck. Size and layout were great for trip with my husband and kids along with mother and brother in law. Beach was not crowded at all. Was very quiet and peaceful in the villa, no noise from neighbors. Loved the access to the bike trails and spent lots of time at Night Heron Park with all the great kids activities including awesome playground, Turtle Nest Art Studio, the reptile exhibit, and many free events this week including petting zoo, carnival and pirate escape ship. Only negative of the rental was cleanliness. There were unused diabetes test strips in my brother in laws pillowcase, dirty underwear with panty liner on the floor behind a chest in my kids room. The baseboards and floors are in need of deep cleaning. The carpet on 1st floor bedrooms is stained and worn. There were many cockroaches we had to dispose of. The kitchen could use some updated knives and a large frying pan, otherwise was stocked with what we needed. I am a total neat freak, my husband thought it was fine and comparable to other beach side rentals we have had.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The process with Akers was contactless, extremely smooth and very well managed. There was one incidence where a repairman showed and we got a call after that someone had to come. Otherwise it was great. The villa is on the south side, which is away from the main resort. So if you have not planned for any cooking or food, it can be difficult to find something quickly as everything is away or fill sup quickly, even at the nearby Freshmarket. So plan meals ahead. The community pool was perfect for the hot summer day when the beach was not an option.

Amazing Location

Over all we loved this villa and would stay there again. It does feel newly renovated, has a wow factor when you walk in, and was very clean. The location is amazing! It is wonderful to be able to walk to the beach and be about as close as you can get. The interior decorating and design is really nice. We loved the puzzle /game table and the puzzles and games provided! A few of the downsides were: The master bedroom sheets were not stiff and itchy and we didn't think the bed was super comfortable. The A/C in the condo had a hard time getting the place cooled below about 78 during the day. But did cool off enough at night. Several of the master bath and kitchen drawers were broken so you had to be careful when opening them or the entire drawer would end up on the floor. The easiest entrance/exit to the beach is out one of the downstairs bedroom doors. Which didn't feel super convenient. Not a big deal but the lower deck white wicker furniture not there. Probably the biggest issue we had with the villa was the surprising lack of cooking pots, pans, baking sheets, etc. All the skillets were non stick and had terrible scratches and chips which can be toxic. Plus they were all small. There was only one small baking sheet so I had to buy two regular size baking sheets. So as mentioned in a review from back in 2020 the cooking supplies do need to be updated. We love to cook so that was definitely an issue. But again, over all it was a great place to stay and we would definitely stay there again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was very nice. The Condo had recently been updated and was in very great condition. The location has a great view and is a short walk to the beach. My one suggestion is to have the cookware updated, specifically new skillets, more baking sheets, and a set of measuring spoons. Other than that it was great.
