This is a special place full of character and charm. The property includes a sizable fenced in yard with gardens and offers a private country landscape in the backyard, yet central to small town conveniences. The kitchen is huge and well equipped for cooking along with plenty of dining space. There are multiple cozy bedrooms and plenty of leisure space to relax, even within a group. We were well accommodated with excellent communication from the host. Ye Olde Barn is highly recommended!

This was a terrific house and location in charming Montgomery. Filled with games (volleyball, croquet, board games, poker table setup), plus the ping pong and foosball, there were several good hang-out spaces, a gorgeous yard with fire pit and pizza oven, and the hosts were both accommodating and quick to respond to questions.We had a wonderful stay, and would be back again!

We had a great and comfortable stay and the Rustic Barn. The pizza oven was a real highlight, so fun! And the house is right "in town" so we could walk to fun restaurants and bars.

Spring Break ski trip to Jay Peak with teenagers. Location couldn’t have been more convenient to the slopes. Unique historic property, very well-equipped kitchen, good heating during cold temps. Excellent communication with host. Small town with local businesses including ski pro shop.

Our whole family loved this cozy renovated barn. The three gas powered stoves kept the house super warm and cozy. The beds were super comfortable. Overall the house just had great energy. We will definitely keep this in mind for our future stays in Vermont.

Such a sweet place

This barn has tons of character. A great place to stay at in the winter. We have Indy Pass and didn't want to stay on the mountain at Jay Peak. This place was perfect for our two families, with a very short drive to the mountain, and at the center of town.

Lovely Stay

We love this place. We’ve stayed twice and will be back. It’s clean, warm (in the winter) and quite charming. The host is welcoming and informative. The ping pong table was a hit with the kids

Kitchen was perfectly stocked with all essentials!! In fact, it was our favorite room to hang out in! We loved the outdoor space as well. The tiki torches added a great bug free experience! Everything was so clean and neat and easy to get to. The beds were super comfy. Cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay was. Would definitely stay here again if we’re ever up by Jay again!!

Great Stay

Condo was very clean and fresh look. Close to beach and resort with restaurants. Must take taxi or rent a car to go anywhere. Taxis are plentiful and can be found at the Sapphire Beach resort next door.

Wonderful time!

This is our second stay - we had such a wonderful time once again. The Barn is beautifully decorated and the hosts made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Loved the Ye Olde Barn!

Such a cool and unique place. We loved the Barn and it's location. Perfect place for a ski trip with friends/family to Jay Peak. We had 8 people and there was plenty of space with the additional studio. Plan on making this a yearly trip! Thanks Jill!

Springbreak at Jay

It was our first time at Jay Peak. The location is only 10 minutes away. We did not miss anything and Jill was always inquiring to make sure everything was fine. There even was a Small basket with treats on the table when we arrived, kids were so pleased!

This is a charming place that is exactly what's shown online. This place is clean and spacious and also warm. Its ideally located for visiting Jay. My family enjoyed all the unique aspects of this property. The host was open and friendly and i couldn't ask for anything else

Spacious home, close to everything

This house was very spacious, yet cozy. We had 5 adults, 2 children and our two small dogs and still had plenty of room. Kitchen and dining room are great for eating in. House is within walking distance to restaurants, bar, grocery store and more. Would highly recommend and will be booking again for next year. Owners had great communication and were a pleasure.

Ye Olde Barn

We had a lovely stay at the barn! Our visit was towards the end of the summer and the house is a short drive and vigorous hike to a beautiful river swimming hole. The house itself is very quaint and eclectic. Make sure to bring your pizza dough to take advantage of their outdoor brick oven!
