Family oriented, comfortable 3 bedroom townhouse condo sleeps 5 with two bedrooms up and one located on the main floor. Fully equipped kitchen,free Internet and cable TV. One full recently renovated bathroom and a powder room. Located across the street from the first hole of the award winning Jay Peak golf course and adjacent to the Hotel Jay, chairlifts and Vermont's only aerial ski tram, the renowned Ice Haus rink and the Pump House indoor water park. The Pump House has the longest lazy river in the US and features exciting surfing and thrilling rides as well as more sedate activities. Located in the vicinity is Montgomery Center, Vermont's covered bridge capital, the charming Eastern Townships of Quebec, the magnificent Lake Memphremagog and the lakeside thriving city of Newport. Excellent dining choices are to be found right here at the Resort as well as within a few miles. On site is a general store well stocked with local delicacies, souvenirs, cold beer and a large selection of wines. As well, there is a free shuttle bus that will take you to any part of the resort that you may need so there is no need to use the car, just park it and relax! Enjoy skiing, snowboarding, xc skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, biking, touring, antiquing, concerts, farmer's markets, golf and shopping.

George was a great host with good instructions and great communication. Condo location was great and it was wonderful to be in a condo that was both a clearly a cherished home and ski museum! Lots of space and a great entryway for boots and ski gear. We would love to stay there again next year!

Great little place very close to all the many Jay Peak activities. One guest had put dirty dishes back away in the cupboards (like full of dried hot cocoa-- gross!), but you can't really fault the owner for that and the dishwasher worked just fine with plenty of kitchen supplies to cook with. We had our two pups with us and they really enjoyed their stay too. The location was ideal for those looking to use the nordic center in addition to the downhill lifts. George was easy to communicate with and very accommodating and I'll always be grateful for his flexibility in helping us eek out one more day on the slopes as mother nature didn't cooperate the first day of our trip.

The condo was very clean when we arrived. The overall décor was very dated. The downstairs bathroom was the smallest we have ever seen. The commode barely fit between the walls. The unit is not ADJACENT to any lifts. A good 10 min. walk in ski boots and carrying skis to the nearest lift(Village chair) and uphill on a primary road. Tram house lodge is another 15 minutes the other way again uphill. Most of the window blinds need to be replaced (damaged and old) , Living room couch, furniture also old. Should be of the material that can be wiped down when you arrive and leave. As the snow melts on the roof, it pours down on you as you enter the unit due to no gutters or pitch to allow the water to run off in a different direction.

Well appointed. Perfect spot.

This property was perfect. It was a short walk to the Clubhouse, Tramside Lodge, water park, or ice rink. Checking in and out was easy and flexible. The interior was full of amenities and very comfy. The gas fire place was great for warming up and drying our gear. We would definitely stay again.

Great stay at Jay

Condo was very comfortable and well stocked. Two of the bedrooms were great, one was very small and off the front mudroom area but was comfortable and cozy. Short walk to the Hotel Jay and lift and right next door to the Ice Haus. George was in touch regularly to check on us and was more than accommodating when we lost our car key and had to have our car towed. Everything you could hope for in a mountainside condo.

My family had a nice stay at this condo in mid March. Overall the condo was great. We really enjoyed the fireplace. We typically book a ski in/out condo so the location wasn’t ideal but it was easy to walk over to the tram side lifts. As other reviewers mentioned, the condo could use a good deep clean but it wasn’t a big deal.

Family Comfort and perfect location!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely, well equipped condo within the Jay Peak Resort complex. Condo is a bit older but well maintained and very clean. Perfect for a comfortable family vacation. The location is near the waterpark, Jay Hotel, general store, golf course, and Tram base lifts. Shuttle service to Stateside base was immediate and easy to access. Our family of five had plenty of room and we were happy to be able to bring our dog with us. George was very accessible and checked on us during our stay. We will be back!

Great location and larger than expected

George’s condo has two regular bedrooms and then a small bedroom with a twin that was perfect for our teen. Usually sleeps 5 listings mean a couch! But not here!It’s a 3 min walk to the village chair but a 10 step walk to the shuttles that were constantly running. Never waited more than 5 min.House is clearly updated and has a surprising amount of comfortable seating.Owner was very responsive to texts and the condo has very personalized decoration to a small chunk of ski racing history.
