We aim for complete guest satisfaction, so this review was quite heartbreaking. These guests requested an emergency booking after being kicked out of their previous location and, not desiring the family’s whole vacation to end, we paid extra for anyone on our cleaning team who was willing to come in on the holiday (Easter) to prepare the location for them with only eight hours to spare. They did not rush though which makes the accusations particularly heart wrenching. All claims were not only unsubstantiated (guests refused to provide any evidence for any single accusation) but also disproven by a third party investigator who was sent in to evaluate the house before AND after and reported the complete opposite findings. We can’t comprehend what would lead someone to make such statements. Perhaps they were taking their frustrations from their previous host out on us, but we truly tried to serve them wholeheartedly as we would any guest. We even covered most of the cost as they could not afford to pay and unfortunately they only gave us this horrible review in response to our attempt to go above an beyond knowing we wouldn’t be paid in celebration of the resurrection of our Savior, Jesus Christ. If your interested in booking but are discouraged by this, please contact me directly so I can provide the results of the third party investigation that directly disprove each and every allegation listed here. While heartbreaking, it certainly won’t keep us from taking in a family in need next time no matter the pain these lies have caused as our service is not based on our experiences and guest reciprocity, but rather the example portrayed by our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. We love and serve because He first did so for us. We truly hope we get the opportunity to serve you and want to say thank you to all the wonderful guests that have entrusted us with their stays this far. We are truly blessed. Have a wonderful day!!!
