The house was great, great location, good swimming, and good amenities. The property managers were excellent at communicating with quick responses to questions and issues. Great place for a family trip with something for all ages. The only issues we experienced was there were quite a bit of cobwebs in the living room and the grill was unable to be used because it was extremely dirty. Thankfully this didn’t impact our visit.

Perfect vacation house!

The house was a perfect place for our family to gather. Kitchen has high end appliances and was well equipped. Made meals easy to prepare. The dock made a great outdoor space to spend the day and use kayaks. The indoor and outdoor fire places were both well used. House made it easy to relax and enjoy each other’s company. Loved it all!!!

When we searched for a rental, having a pool was on the top of the list for our grandchildren. This property on VRBO indicated a pool was available, however it wasn't. Property manager wasn't friendly.

Family Getaway

We had 6 adults and 5 children who were very easily accommodated by this property. We didn't get the entry code ahead of time, but that was resolved within a matter of minutes. Like many properties around the lake, this house is on quite a hill. We loved the foosball table and shuffleboard. The private dock was great! We were super impressed with the variety of life jackets available. There were sizes to fit our smallest child (4 years old) to our largest adult (360+ lbs). We enjoyed the use of the kayaks. We spent most of our time on the large deck using the grill and propane firepit. We would definitely stay here again.

Property was great, very clean and cared for. Only disappointment was the property did not allow boat trailers, Only found this out after final payment was made. Was not mentioned in original property details. We had to pay to store trailer at another location. Description also mentioned cable/satellite channels. This was not the case no cable etc., was a smart TV so was able to use our prime video.

Very Nice Property

My wife and I used a previous credit with Evolve to rent the house at Lake of the Ozarks. It was a very modern home with a great location next the lake. The house was well stocked with bathroom and kitchen items. Lots of room and very comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen is awesome. The only negative for us was that the location sits on a steep downhill slope toward the lake. We are senior citizens and the walk up and down the slope to our car or to the lake was tough on our old knees. It would be a great spot to rent for younger families as it can sleep up to ten people. It has a nice boat dock and plenty of games, etc for all to enjoy.

Perfect place for family

The property was very clean with all the needed amenities. The teens and adults enjoyed the kayaks. We created some awesome memories at the lake. The heater, table fire on the deck was perfect for a cool sunset evening. We had a dog as well and it was really nice to see the owner leave a food/water bowl out. Highly recommend this place!!

Perfect spot for our vacation

We loved staying here for our weekend trip and hopefully will repeat next year. Everything went great. Some highlights for anyone considering this place: 1. If you prefer to cook instead of going to restaurants, this place is perfect. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes and cookware and there is a 5 burner grill on the deck. The smoker in the pictures is gone tho, FYI. There is a toaster oven/air fryer as well. 2. The dock is a great place to hang out. We didn't have a boat so we really just stuck to the main deck on the house the first couple of days only to realize later that the dock is an awesome place to lounge even without a boat. The kids loved feeding the ducks which came right up to the dock. 3. There are a bunch of life jackets, kayaks, and a lily pad all free to use. All they ask is that you sign a liability waiver. 4. The kids loooooved the bunk beds. They're much larger than the ones I remember from my childhood. They were nice and sturdy too. 5. This place uses a septic tank which we were unfamiliar with. It wasn't a problem but the rules took some adjusting to. It may have put me off had I known that sooner but I'm very glad we stayed here because it wasn't a big deal and everything was so great that it was well worth a few extra trips to the dumpster to be able to enjoy everything this wonderful home had to offer. 6. If you're tall you'll appreciate that the shower heads are over 7' high. It's a small detail, but very tall people know how rare that is and will appreciate it. All in all, just a great place. We'll be back!

Great House!

This home was very well equipped and comfortable. Check in and communication with the owner/property manager was very easy. Rented a large boat (44 ft) and captain for the day and the dock was big enough for us to be picked up at the house. Very convenient. Only tiny drawback was the steepness of the driveway and parking. Will stay here again!

Great getaway at the Lake

This house had everything it advertised plus some! The Evolve team was easy to book through, the hosts answered my questions leading up to check in via text and email very quickly and after checking into house the local contact was also quick to respond to our text. We noticed the first afternoon that we needed propane for the grill and we had an issue with a smoke alarm battery, he showed up shortly after we contacted him and was very friendly and took care of each issue. The house was very clean as well as the dock and deck. There was a great assortment of life jackets and the kayaks and swim platform made for hours of fun! The only thing that could have been better is if the dock had a lift for the boat. Not a big deal but would make it a little easier on the boat. The dock has a large area for hanging out which is why we spent most of our time there. The deck had plenty of seating as well as shade. The kids absolutely loved the Foosball table! The house is located close to lots of great restaurants by land and water and really close to a convenience store that carries just about everything. (Large grocery store is only 13 minutes away) My husband loves a big breakfast so he was very pleased with the kitchen set up. The ice maker was extremely handy especially for a group that likes cocktails! We will definitely keep this house on our trip board for the next time we visit the Lake of the Ozarks! Thanks for a great experience :)

Worst VRBO experience ever

If you're looking for a place where the owners will watch and listen to you on surveillance during your entire stay, this is the place for you. The property says it sleeps 10 but don't even think about going over that number because they will kick you out. (Which is ironic since they have reviews where people openly admit they had more than 10 people stay there). My friends and I went down to enjoy a nice golf trip but instead were greeted with assumptions that we were throwing parties at the house just because we were a group of guys instead of a family with little kids. When in reality, if you took away the time we were sleeping, we were in the house for a grand total of about 4 hours over a 3 night stay. Most of that time was spent watching TV, cooking breakfast/dinner, and swimming in the lake. My point is, we were BARELY at the house yet were blamed for partying at the house because we came back from the bars/golf course after drinking. This is a NO FUN house so unless you like to spend a ridiculous amount of money to sit inside and do nothing with your time at the lake, you're in luck!

We spoke with the homeowner, and they wanted to let you know the following: While we want our guests to enjoy their stay here, we also need them to respect our house rules and treat the property as their own. The night of your arrival, we received a complaint from the neighbors about loud noise. We then spoke with you to review the parking and occupancy limits. You assured us that you wouldn't have more than 10 people staying there, but we received more calls from our neighbors about loud noise, and people parking on their property throughout the night. It was confirmed by the property manager, the next morning, that more than 10 people were occupying the home. Unfortunately, because of these reasons, your contract was broken, and you were evicted immediately. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

Our family had a wonderful stay here. Plenty of room for everyone. The house had everything you would need. We would definitely come back.

AMAZING Family Getaway

This house was amazing! The owner was awesome to work with. Lots of space, we had 6 kids/teens and 3 adults. The options for life jackets and kayaks was awesome. the sundeck was amazing at keeping the kids busy. Kitchen was also so AMAZING, well stocked. 3 bathrooms was super helpful. Views from deck and both big bedrooms also perfect to wake up to. I hope to stay here again.

Perfect house for family or friend group

We stayed with our family (including a 1 year old) and everything was amazing. Extremely clean, fantastic dock, plenty of water toys, wonderful deck, gates to keep babies and toddlers safe, and a short boat ride to many restaurants and bars!
