This is a beautiful apartment with everything you need. The beds are comfortable and the master is spacious. You couldn’t get a better location in St Augustine. We will definitely be returning.

Best location we have ever stayed in st Augustine. It’s in the middle of everything and all you have to is park and the car isn’t needed anymore. Will definitely book again

We've been to St. Augustine many times, usually staying in BnBs, but this was our favorite place so far. Very comfortable and well appointed, in the perfect location. We look forward to staying again soon.

There is simply no better place to stay in the Historic District. You are never more than a block or two away from great coffee, whiskey, cigars, and soft pretzels... That's all I really require! Best of all: Sitting on the Balcony overlooking St. George!

This property is perfect for anyone wanting to park their car and not move it again. Right in the middle of the historic district, you can walk to anything you need or want to see. But vehicle use for further destinations is very easy as well with a dedicated parking spot in a spacious parking lot. Very clean apartment perfectly matched to the provided description. Host was super responsive to any inquiry. The stairwell and apt had a strong sewage smell for our stay, but that appeared to be out of the hands of the host, and was not caused by anything happening within the apartment, so I didn’t hold that against the place. It’s the only negative thing we had to deal with. As long as you can deal with unexpected sewage issues somewhere else in the building possibly effecting your stay, I can’t recommend this place enough.

Experience St Augustine

I can only say that I have never had a better experience with a booking at any location, much less one that provides an excellent spot to explore the beautiful city of St Augustine. I highly recomend this rental and would definitely rebook it if the opportunity to visit this wonderful city again.

The apartment was exactly as pictured and very quiet - totally insulated from the hub-hub on St. George. The Historic District location could not be better - 100 steps to the Columbia and one and one-half blocks to Collage (which is undoubtedly the best romantic restaurant in the HD), three blooks to the fort and Flagler College, etc. Communication with the Host was was cordial and prompt. This is a lovely and well maintained apartment located directly on St. George St. it has a large kitchen with all the extras. The master bath is beautiful with a walk-in shower and a separate huge tub.

Getting into the property was not a pleasant experience. Beyond anyone’s control there was a terrible thunderstorm right at 4pm walking around to the front in ankle deep water and getting splashed with a wall of water, would have been nice to check in at 3 to avoid all this. Fortunately we recovered from this and made it a great girls trip. The front balcony was a terrific asset to the property we felt safe and people watching is premier at this sight. 3 1/2 rolls of TP was Not enough and only 2 garbage bags is not enough. I’d definitely stay here again.
